What a money making scam. My acceleration never moved of 0, when i rang up to see why, they replied with 'if you live in a hilly area this could be affected' had to cancel after a month beford they canceled it. Avoid!!

Very unhelpful customer service. I phoned to cancel my policy within the first 14 days and was told that I would not have the ?210 telematics fee refunded since it had been fitted to the car!

got my quote that i was happy with 1180 because they said i had a bump that wsa not my fault the insurance went up to 1700 sent evidence of that bump which was 2014 expecting you to take that into consideration and lower the premium you said no it was for another which i disclosed to you which you said i had not and you kept the premium at 1700

Everything was smooth and easy, and Hastings gave me the best quote two years running (the second year perhaps rewarding customer loyalty). Application process was straightforward. I've no complaints.

absolute joke of a company, will scam you and give you box that ensures scores will only creep up. will then send you warnings telling you to improve then once you cannot improve due to the box being faulty and the whole thing being a scam itself, they will cancel. go out a minute past 10 at night you will be penalized and score will drop, breaking score will never move off 0. Apparently every time i break i slam? LOL FUCKING SCAM, Stay clear and pay that bit more at the start for a better company, if u go with Hastings smart miles you will regret it.

Excellent value for money for a young driver of eighteen who has recently passed her test!!...Best price and service having being sent a black box within days..hassle free and highly recommended.

Can't stand that I've had my licence for over 3 years and 2 years no claims and that my insurance is still expensive. I will never rate more than 1 star for the price I have to pay

I have called up numerous times to organise this, each time sent to a different number, each time I was on hold for a long time, until I eventually gave up, and a few times the call just ended, and I was cut off. And I was told I could only book a 5 hour window. I work shifts at a hospital, and so this was almost impossible for me to fit around work.
