“A cheap insurance policy although disappointed every time I logged out and went back to the quote it went up in price in total by ?32 in the 10 minutes”

“yes I would recommend hastings direct smartmiles the one thing I do,not like is that we have to be back home at 10,00pm I think 11,oopm would be a lot better”

“phoning customer service was great! I didn't have to sit on hold at all and the process was simple, as the man on the phone knew exactly what he was doing. The only criticism is that it was a little hard to understand him at times, as he spoke a little too fast and there was a lot of background noise on his end, but it wasn't too much of an issue.”

“It was the cheapest product, what a mistake that was! Never again will i use a HastingDirect product! The scoring elements acceleration, breaking, speeding, and time of day, where completely useless. Only generic advise is given, nothing specific. I have been driving for 10 years and never had an issue with an issue company before this. What I can't understand is I was told to drive more to increase my score as I hardly used the car. Surly this increases the chance of having a accident?”
