It was an easy no hassle transition from old to new insurance which was priced fantastically and was easy AN seamless to do as everything was done by Hastings Direct so nothing needed on my part which was great for me ... I received my renewal notice AN the New Years insurance cost which was much lower than the previous year an I was extremely happy about that then I did not have to do anything they simply took payment from my card on the date stated on the email .. no hassle no fuss ...and cheaper saving me money ...perfect and I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family

WORST COMPANY EVER, RUINED MY LIFE THE BUNCH OF *****!!! Cancelled me because I did 30 in a 20, oh nooo When I asked if I can cancel my insurance they said no, we will cancel it so your next insurers will charge more!!! Now I have to pay £4,000 at the age of 19. I know these are cheaper, and I looked at the reviews and was like nevermind it will be fine but it isn't! Do not go with these, the black box means you have to drive about 4mph and turn round the corner at 2mph otherwise you get a bad score and they threaten to cancel!!! STAY AWAY

Excellent, not issues at all with the service and if I had an issue with my policy the team were very fast in taking my phone call but also dealt with these issues generously and professionally

Hi, if this is in regards to an MTA, we do need to recalculate premiums using new information, which may explain the rest of the ?80 charge. ~Connor

I was rather disappointed at the score of 75 I received. With the box recording the car usage I tried very hard to stay within the law ( not that I don't usually ), not speeding etc. The young man who I spoke to regarding renewal gave the impression that some scores had been revised!!! Could this be a case in point? It would be interesting to have a breakdown of figures

Hi there, I can understand your disappointment with a score of 75 although the average is 65 so you are well above that which is great. Your online dashboard will give you a breakdown of the individual scores (braking, acceleration, speed and time of day).
