The price is brilliant but the app is awful. It keeps crashing every time you try to look at anything. It is poor form to be unable to keep track of your performance on the black box.

Hi,? If you could go into your devices Settings then Apps then clear the cache, you may find better results. If not, reinstall it and hopefully it'll take care of the issue. Many thanks, Joe?

Not good on booking side..requested call back nexted day as info not with me.. didn't get one.. phoned myself.. long delays on phone no indication as to how long I might be waiting for my call to be answered 8

The website didn't recognised my username I had to connect via a email. I downloaded the app for my iPad but this was the same. The app appears to be very "amateurish" and in need of a serious update.

Customer service is great , although when phoning in the automated response is a little too fast and I found some staff spoke a tad too fast even when i asked for them to slow down. Great service but it does come across as rushed. The mobile app isn't great either. had a few problems already it will give me no data sometimes and say not activated even though it is???

Black box rating goes down so quickly I think it's ridiculous. Says regularly but goes down to 0 after one time.

When I called the customer service telephone number I was happy with the response and help I received. I can't recall the agent I spoke to but he was very helpful. Overall a great service.

You have sent this questionnaire before fitting my telematics box. You have not turned up to fit it today at the agreed time and place. You have not contacted me about this so you have wasted my time waiting for you. I have tried to contact you and was on hold for 15 minutes. Appalled.

Originally called to confirm that changing my occupational details would cost ?150 as quoted online. Then when I actually went to amend the details, they quoted me ?360 and told me that the previous quote was invalid, and there was nothing that they could do.

Hi, I can see how frustrating your situation is and understand that your review reflects that. I am sory we could not enact the change with the price you saw online as mid term adjustments are not calculated the same as a new policy with different details. ~Joe?
