Communication could have been better when setting up the policy. Along with having information stated a little more clearly, such as dates and deadlines

I feel as though the box restrictions aren't explained thoroughly enough when choosing this insurance. When I finally got my car and my insurance I felt a sense of freedom and didn't have to be dependent on someone to take me places. However with the box lowering your score when driving after 10, it affected me when travelling back from work and whenever friends or family needed taking somewhere. I feel as though the box took away the excitement I had to drive.

Not sure where or how (or IF) they record your data accurately, but it's never been a smooth run with them. Over my time with them, they tried to charge me hundreds of pounds I didn't need to pay regarding black boxes etc and took talking to three different workers in order for them to listen and not overcharge me. Then when it came to not renewing my policy, they tried to charge me a further couple of hundred which took another phone call where they advised me other departments were unaware of my cancellation. Customer service is poor and I feel all they want is money, money, and extra money! What says it all is this email was titled "Thanks for renewing with Smart Miles"... I've rang up twice to confirm I'm NOT renewing...

Don't insure with them, their box is always correct and you have no way of proving otherwise even if massively incorrect

you sent emails to say payment of ?0.00 needed to be made or you would cancel policy. everything had already been paid in full not happy with the service.

The reason for the rate was as the day I was having the smart box fitted I received an email stating that my policy was being terminated this caused stress and confusion to me and panicked me as it was well within the time frame stated

What a shambolic company, all they do is rip you off or cancel your policy. I am reporting them to the insurance ombudsman. DONT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST.

They could provide a number that works for starts. But the black box must be messed up. I drove early because of an emergency twice over one weekend and it killed my rating. I've been driving ridiculously careful since but my rating keeps going down and now been threatened with cancellation. Fucking brilliant

So far so bad. Everything declared at proposal time then the first thing they do is charge an outrageous admin fee claiming something wasn't disclosed which was. Very sharp practice and I dread to think what they would be like if you had to make a claim.

The price is brilliant but the app is awful. It keeps crashing every time you try to look at anything. It is poor form to be unable to keep track of your performance on the black box.

Not good on booking side..requested call back nexted day as info not with me.. didn't get one.. phoned myself.. long delays on phone no indication as to how long I might be waiting for my call to be answered 8

The website didn't recognised my username I had to connect via a email. I downloaded the app for my iPad but this was the same. The app appears to be very "amateurish" and in need of a serious update.
