Shocking service. Score system doesn?t work due to scores not moving. If car is out after 10 pm the score goes down by 5 and this takes 7+ days to get back up. When called they had no explanation. Poor poor service.

Time of Day is one of the four elements we measure to calculate your driving score, Although there tends to be less traffic at night it is a more dangerous time to drive. Road casualty statistics from ROSPA show that 40% of collisions occur in the hours of darkness. It is for this reason that we weigh this element more heavily than some of the others. I cancelled this policy,I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. I phoned to make sure that the box fitting had been cancelled. Was informed every thing had been cancelled. The box fitters turned up on the Saturday morning. Explain that, what a waste.....

Very poor company, got a letter saying that they were cancelling my sons policly for a poor score ranting, so he cancelled one minute before they did.

Not impressed started off okay! cannot access dash board to see how I am doing! had to call Hastings Direct said i had to wait 14 days? rubbish technology! should be able to access immediately!

Don't take payment before insurance is due to start. Don't send emails saying you are going to cancel cover before you have asked if appointment has been made to fit telematic.

I had to wait over 30 mins to get my appointment call answered. Then I was informed on that day of the installation visit that the engineer could not make it so I have had to re-arrange for today. Yesterday I received an email written in very threatening and upsetting language telling me my policy had been cancelled - the small print then advised it wouldn't be if I got the smart box fitted within next 7 days.

Don't send e-mails demanding ?0-00p and threatening to cancel my policy when I paid in full the week before, then ignore my e-mails. Not a great way to treat customers
