“This has been perfect for me! My first years car insurance without a tracker would of been ?3000+ But instead it was ?1600! Saving me over a thousand pound but also with 1 years discount plus driver score discount hasting smart miles have once again saved me ?800 for my second years insurance!! Great customer service, only down point is that if you do take recovery with Hastings within the price you don?t get enough information to what to do if you broke down. Such as what information you need to give but also THE NUMBER TO RING when you do brake down was never given to me! But apart from that, I have enjoyed my first year and have just currently renewed for a second year”

“currently on my second year with SmartMiles! they offered to renew my insurance at a great price, more than 50% discount from the first year! my box is accurate not had any problems at all! I would highly recommend if you are a first/new driver. Only down side is the 10pm curfew. if you are someone who works shifts or is socialable, it might not work for you! but if you find a reasonable price and speak with them direct they may be able to come up with some kind of agreement on curfew times etc..... fortunately for me it isn?t really an issue, as I rarely drive after 10 anyway. other than that, I?ve been a happy customer!”

“I recently renewed my insurance due to the very nice discount. I had to ring to renew as auto renew didn't work, I paid the amount due and that was that until I received an email threatening to cancel my insurance I didn't pay the amount of ?0.00 this really confused and worried me”

“I am happy with the price, that is fine, other areas are harder to rate as satisfactory. Getting in touch with someone via the phone is difficult due to long waiting times. I also received a letter telling me that my insurance was to be cancelled with little/no reason why which caused me a little panic.”
