“Expensive in the first year but as a young new driver the black box and app have helped me develop good driving habits, keep my score high and get a much better price in year 2. Staff at renewal very helpful and professional.”

“I recently renewed my insurance due to the very nice discount. I had to ring to renew as auto renew didn't work, I paid the amount due and that was that until I received an email threatening to cancel my insurance I didn't pay the amount of ?0.00 this really confused and worried me”

“There was an issue with payment, and when i phone to resolve the issue the people I spoke to where polite and understanding and talked me through the issue so that we sooved it.”

“I am happy with the price, that is fine, other areas are harder to rate as satisfactory. Getting in touch with someone via the phone is difficult due to long waiting times. I also received a letter telling me that my insurance was to be cancelled with little/no reason why which caused me a little panic.”

“I think they should have responded to concerns quicker and, make one time allowances for the curfew on the black box as I really needed it extended for a shift at work by 3 hours and they wouldn't even negotiate the case.”
