“Service is often good, although on two accounts I've been promised a call back and nobody has called! Staff are normally very polite....guess I feel slightly bitter because of an ongoing claim from 13 months ago which has increased my premium by ?780”

“Absolutely adismal product. Avoid smart miles, they are quick to take your money however they don't want to know when you disagree with their rubbish data. Had no problems with other black box insurance companies. Avoid or be disappointed and out of pocket 😠”

“Amazing service, easy to talk to and got all the information required straight away. Answered all my questions and helped out with what I asked. Lovely polite service.
