Disgusting awful. DO NOT USE THEM ! Can't get through for hours can't get to cancel policy. No renewal quote but they renew anyway and charge you half a year for not being able to cancel it !!! Awful awful awful

Stay well clear. Just noticed they have taken a big lump of money out my account without sending any reminders texts or emails. They said they have sent 4 letters which is an absolute joke. Won't refund money and now want another lump of payment to cancel. How can you pay £38 a month and then jump to £116 a month. Disgraceful. Stay well well clear

Very disappointed in service, had someone increase our van insurance for a COMMUNITY samba band which forced sale of the van after loosing over £700.00 we had to sell the van to make up for that loss, cancelled my policy with 2 months left on it due to the increased premiums, now having to transfer money to two separate accounts one of which will have to be my personal account, I will then be taxed on the transaction. Not happy. They are apart of express insurance which with my motorcycle insurance well selling the bike 6 months after the renewal due to having an engine problem I was unable to fix, I had to pay over 150% on top to cancel a policy for £156.50 their reason for this was because I was wanting to only ride my motorcycle during the summer yet I had already had the bike insured with them for 2 years prior and was my only means of transport and also cancelled policy 2 weeks into spring. Also payed for a security device which cost me £70 didnt receive and after calling them several times I still didnt receive this but I had an insult of a refund of just £17.50...

Motor Insurance customer service is very poor,whatever you do dont trust them with your bank account. They take payments when they shouldn't, can't get to speak to anyone promptly if at all.They only helful when they want you to renew,and told them the service was disappointing, the girl said she couldn't do anything about that and go somewhere else !!!!!!

I have been trying to contact Kwik Fit for over a week now to change my car over and have not been able to get through or get a call back. I've tried Calling, Emailing and Twitter to get no reply what so ever. I can't even get through to cancel my policy as the automated recording says they are too busy to take my call. Simple business model GET MORE STAFF!! As soon as i can get through to a human I will be cancelling my policy, STAY WELL CLEAR!!

Company could not give a dam, I thought that was insured by Kwik fit , to my surprise when I had been stopped by police that I WAS NOT contact kwik fit and the reply was NOT MY PROBLEM , I asked why they had not contacted me by phone and they replied we are to busy to call, still waiting for kwik fit to call me call. They should stick to fitting tyres, and they do that well

Shockingly bad - verging on the fraudulent! When my policy was due for renewal they doubled the price then make it almost impossible to cancel. Yesterday they said they did not have enough people to take my call to cancel my policy and they would call me back. Did they? Did they hell. Surely this is something that can be reported to ombudsman somewhere - doubling the price and making it impossible to cancel. I would NEVER use such shysters again!

VERY POOR IS WITHOUT SAYING . THE LEFT HAND AS NOT GOT A CLUE WHAT THE RIGHT HAND IS DOING . THEIR UK CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH TO - AM - PM- WEEKENDS . SET ASIDE A GOOD HALF HOUR- 45 MINS JUST TO GET THROUGH . THIS WAS AS I DECIDED I MAY GET THROUGH A BIT QUICKER , IF I SELECTED OPTION 1 . A NEW CUSTOMER QUOTE . I have just had a terrible experience with Quick Fit Insurance and would recommend everyone to avoid them at all cost. I changed car two months before my policy renewal date and when phoning Kwik Fit Insurance with the new car details I mentioned that I had been asked to referee some kids football tournaments at different locations in the summer (after my renewal date) and if my policy would cover me as it was not a commute to a fixed place of work as stated on my existing policy document. I was told my existing Kwit Fit car insurance policy wouldnt cover me and they tried to sell me a different policy with another insurance company which cost more than double what I was currently paying so I told them that I would not use my car to drive to the tournaments and stay with the policy I had. I then paid them their £30 administration charge and balance of premium to the end of the policy period by card in full to cover my new car. Three weeks after this call, out of the blue, I received a letter stating that due to my high risk 'career' as a football referee, Kwik Fit Insurance had cancelled my car insurance policy and then today I received a threatening letter stating that I owe them money which they are taking automatically and if not paid they will instruct collection agencies!. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY LOW CAR INSURANCE QUOTES FROM KWIK FIT INSURANCE! AVOID AT ALL COST! THEY WILL EXTRACT MORE MONEY FROM YOU IN ANY WAY THEY CAN!

Appalling experience. I have insured cars for 53 years and have never been treated like a criminal before. All correspondence to me was from their Fraud department and they nit picked every small detail. Every thing had to be double checked and I had to send original documents to them by recorded delivery as they would not accept copies by email!!! I would have cancelled but by the time they took trying to sort out the mess it was too late to get another company as my renewal date had expired. I will definatley not re-insure with them again whatever the quote!!!

Purchased motor breakdown cover on line. Received email saying I should log onto their web site to check the details as this is the only place I can get copies of the policy documents. Web site down for 3 hours. Then when I get on line the policy details are not recognised. Message asks me to call customer service. Hear recorded message saying they are carrying out training and I should call back another time. Useless, totally useless.

Been a customer for a number of years. renewed my insurance and paid in full. I called back the next day to change my address. I was told it needed to go to the under writers and I would get a call back within 1hr - no call! I called back the following day to be told that the underwriter wouldn't approve the insurance due to my address being a new post code and they didn't have any data on the area and had cancelled my policy the day before - Yes cancelled it. No one called me to tell me they had cancelled this I had been driving around unaware that I wasn't insured. Completely let down by Kwikfit and will not be returning to them. Currently waiting for my money to be refunded back to me.

Extremely appalled with this service, took out a policy in October 2015 to find out today that they had cancelled my policy from them saying I'd not sent in documents needed which where sent in the same week I took the policy out which was all done online. I have paid every month and not missed a payment where I pay £240 every month. There was no confirmation of them even cancelling my policy and I only found this out after being pulled over by the police and saying that I didn't have insurance, this was extremely embarrassing as I have proof via bank statements and via my documents online. Resulting me in paying out for a new insurance today. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Called the road side assistance number 03330001400 for almost 40mins and it would not go through. I will keep trying until I get through.
