Hi, I would like to complain Upon to staff that I Spoke to on the 09/04/20 at 9.15 with a male and 9.40 with a women. I would like to say the 2 staff members I have spoken to, have been extremely rude, very terrible customer service and wasn’t helpful at all. I phoned to speak to them regarding the the renewal of my insurance that went ahead without my consent. The only thing I received from the company was a text message which stated “We have emailed you the coming years renewal price. Please check all information is correct if so, sit back and we will renew your policy automatically.” I spoke to the both workers and explain to them the issue that I didn’t receive an email that’s because my email was hacked, but I did get their message and I was being honest. Moreover, I previously spoke to another colleague of them and told him that My insurance will expire on 5th May 2020 after midnight, and I will be processing into selling my car. The lady and the gentleman i spoke to, refused and said that I have to pay the full amount and in fact, I am in debts. This I said I am willing to pay the cancellation fee as long as they don’t cause me a headache as I am a happy customer and I really loved staying with them. The lady started speaking to me in a rude tone and said I owe £36, where as, her other colleague said I owe £11. This worried me as I was thinking what are their aim to steal from me. Moreover, I politely asked her if I could speak to the manger she said “his not on sight today”. I have worked and I know how a company runs and for her to try lie is embarrassing. Moreover, when i asked her what’s the cancellation policy, she got offended and started getting rude. I see this as a fraud and I am soo displeased to not stay with them and have such people bring the reputation, shame to the company and lose customers. This really effect me and caused me so much headache, I have studies to focus on, meanwhile these people are figuring ways to try steal of me. This behaviour is unexpected and I would not ever go back to this company or recommend people. However, a colleague of theirs Borgia called me and spoke to me so nicely, with manners. I started crying cause of how much the conversation with the other 2 colleagues effected so Georgia help me so much and I thank her so much she was so helpful. We need people like Georgia AMAZING customer service! I can’t thank her enough.

Provides no reason to why I can’t have a quote, “information I gave was vague” when I gave everything requested.

Don’t go with these!! They are money grabbers and scammers! I had 3 months left on my insurance for the year, bought a new car, asked to insure it and they wouldn’t. They then made me cancel my current insurance with a fee of £75 and I lost my years no claims which I would’ve got in 3 months time. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Pay the extra and go with a good, reliable company. I will never be using these again.

Don't go with this insurance. They lure you in with cheap quotes then cancel your insurance 2-5 days later for you failing a "validation check" yet have no other information to give you on why you have failed it. They give you a week to find alternative insurance but fail to mention the fact that you need to cancel it yourself unless you want your future quotes to go sky high for having an insurance cancel a policy on you for absolutely nothing. They then take part of the deposit you pay and you're very lucky if you don't have to pay the cancellation fee as well. Most reviews on here are likely fake, as anywhere else you look it will have a similar story/problem. Please take it from me and do NOT go with this insurer, it is far better to go with a more trusted company, even if it involves paying extra.

Signed up for car insurance paid over £200 deposit didn’t tell there would be a credit check . A week later got a letter in post saying my car insurance has been cancelled took 20Mind to get through to company on phone to be told my credit checked didn’t didn’t go through . But in past years I’ve had car insurance with other providers . As I paid a deposit I asked for a refund and they charged me over £100 for a weeks insurance and ended up going back to Hastings with no issues .

Abysmal company. Lost car key, blocking both cars in drive on weekend before Christmas. They dilly-dallyed; then told us we weren't covered. We were. We had to give them their own documents, highlighted and proof of purchase. They then outsourced it to a company call CoPlus (equally rubbish) who didn't do anything the whole weekend. Then on Monday CoPlus suddenly started asking for further documents, which we couldn't find immediately. In short we're now having to pay privately for emergency car key engineer to come out so we can get to work. We'll try going to ombudsman, but doubt it'll achieve anything.

These people are scammers I just wished that I had looked up reviews on them before I used them. They have basically seen tiny errors in my details (no big lies only a date error) and have added almost £600 to the original quote without communicating it properly with me. I then cancelled and they are now asking for £472 for 22 days insurance.. beware and never use these guys. I have never ever left reviews before and I do not want this happening to someone else. I have also sent a small description to BBB's Watchdog and I urge you to do the same to get these RIP off merchants under the radar. They know what they're doing is unethical. They need to be investigated.

Very helpful initially. Great on the phone. Wanted additional documents which I sent in. Then requested further documents which were not relevent to my application. Constant texts and emails demanding these. Eventually I sent in the documents to stop this. Very rude via email despite me being polite despite my frustration. Will never use again and would not reccomend

Terrible terrible company, very rude staff. Very shady they take your deposit and then try and bump up the price of your insurance for unjustifiable reasons. Very disappointed and a big shout out to Emma Heason who I spoke to, this woman is extremely rude. Avoid this company for insurance!!

If I could score lower I would. They are a terrible company. They cancelled my policy for no reason and when I sent them proof for that they was accusing me off they was happy to leave me 1 week without a car insurance policy to sort out the mess they created. To top it off I had to pay them for them to sort the mess up. I would advise anyone NOT to go with them unless you want to be ripped off.

Absolutely appalled. They would not insure me on my new car so the policy had to be cancelled, they then want to charge me in excess of £200 for the privilege! I lost 6 months NCD in the bargain. Furious DO NOT USE unless you have no intention of getting a better car 😡😡😡😡in the future😡😡😡

Don't waste your time or money! Claimed to be online service, then insisted on a phone call in which the whole process of going through what was already put on the form was asked again. After all this, the cost was said to be a much higher price than was previously claimed and where this extra cost came from would not be said. While the man on the phone seemed friendly enough, it took a whole hour of frustration going through this, including alot of unnecessary, prying questions. Despite all this effort, hassle and vexation, it came to nothing. We were left having no choice but to go with another company and start the hunt all over again. Very disappointed!

If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. What a disgusting company. After less than 24 hours realising I’d make a mistake by insuring with them, they are saying I will be charged over £100 for cancellation costs. Diabolical service and a disgusting company. Avoid at all costs.

Used Confused.com and was transferred to Ladybird with a very good quote, so paid up front. Then phoned Ladybird as instructed to verify details. Waited very long time on phone to be connected. Customer Services Rep very, very keen to sell extras I didn't want and actually talked me into taking one of them; wish I hadn't. He wouldn't let me cancel policy without a hefty cancellation fee. He didn't explain that the £400 excess on Confused was actually more than double that. Wish I hadn't gone to Ladybird. WARNING to other young drivers - have an older/experienced driver with you when phoning Ladybird.
