BEWARE!!! SCAMMERS !!!!!!!! They are only after commission! They cancelled my policy and asked for cancellation fee after just one month for fabricated reason (I also paid them £250 commission first and first installment)

Absolutely poor service. Even after calling couple of times no one listens and my no claim bonus is not issued.Will never recommend any one to buy insurance form this rubbish broker.

the most rubbish broker I have ever met called in to renew my policy around 19.20 had got cut off called back around 19.25 a lady had answered and cut me off bare in mind it was the end of the shift I called again have been left on hold till 19.40 wat a sh:t hole my policy expires tonight I have work at 6am I will be going to the financial conduct authority they will be loosing a client as I will be renewing elsewhere too DO NOT USE

Gave me a quote online paid it as it undercut everyone else. Paid premium and they said we were not insured until they had spoken to us on the phone ? Had to ring them back as they didnt contact us. Was asked if we could provide proof of 4 years of named driver cover. I asked how could I possibly do that as the insurance changes every year and I couldnt recollect the different firms i had been insured with!! I then asked the operator how i could accomplish that he was the potential insurer was it something he had experience of organising with someone previously... "so you cant provide me with proof? Was his rather arrogant reply i said "no i wouldnt know where to start" needless to say i told him to shove it and found alternative cover for 15 quid more. Seems they are paying to get top billing knowingly undercutting and fobbing off anyone that isnt a 0 per cent risk Conmen and fly by nights imo...avoid

A RIP off do not use. Claim they haven't received my documents cancel my insurance then want 135 to restart it even though they have admitted it's there fault and have received them

TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL AS THEY DIDNOT UPLOAD MY LICENCE DETAILS PROPERLY ( FROM A PAPER LICENCE THAT DOESNT EXIST). NOW IM STRUGGLING TO GET INSURANCE AS THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY INSURANCE. THANKS ALOT.WILL NEVER USE YOU OR ANY COMPANY THAT YOU ARE AFFILIATED WITH EVER.NOT WORTH 1 STAR.USE AT YOUR PERIL

Awful company, stay away! First, I found out after I had signed my insurance documents and paid my deposit that my excess had doubled. All customer support could say was that I ‘should’ve read the small print’. Next, they harassed me for weeks to provide documents that were far beyond what I was prepared to provide but I was constantly threatened with having my policy cancelled. The staff were so rude and unhelpful on the phone. I couldn’t trust them to give me the policy they promised, let alone live up to it if I ever had an accident. I cancelled my policy and got out as soon as I could!

My insurance was cancelled through no fault of my own, they charged my £75 for this and 10% of my yearly premium. Having took over £500 off me they said I would get £214 of it back, having been insured for just over a week. I have now waited over 30 days for this refund, which is the maximum legal time for a refund policy. They said it would take a few more days, as funds need to clear on their side. The worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with, I would genuinely avoid, even though they may be the cheapest insurers on compare sites.

Wish I could put zero *! Please avoid they are the worst insurance company. I was charged £138 cancellation fee for driving on the policy for 8 days which is within the cooling off period! Constantly threatening with more charges during those 8 days, and had to provide so many documents - to which I did and was then told I hadn’t! AVOID AVOID AVOID. They just want money and do not care.

As yet still awaiting policy paperwork from ladybird insurance for my car, I feel that if this is the way that the insurance people do things then I can only eat there service a big fat 0. I feel that they don’t care about the members just want there money.. very disappointed with the service so far looking forward to the excuse from them wen I phone them again .

WARNING: 90% OF THESE REVIEWS ARE FAKE 1* is too high for this company. Insure elsewhere, even if it costs £200+ more! I regrettably took out a policy with them. 10 minutes later, they called me requesting my drivers licence copies, V5 documents and dvla code which I sent to them. Another 10 minutes later, they called me stating they were cancelling my policy and keeping £180 for admin fees and cancellation charges for not declaring a previous accident (which I did!!!). After being on the phone to them for 3 hours and threatening them with court, they said they would refund me within 25 days and only deduct £25 as a fee. What a joke!! This was the best they could do, even after they akbowledged the fault was theirs. AVOID THIS SHAM COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

Absolutely awful customer service, pushed back and forth between departments incorrectly, quoted charges and prices which seemed to change at a whim and a drop of a hat - guaranteed things on one call which were apparently "impossible" the next time I called. Just dreadful service.

disgusting sales tactics. Will quote you a price online with loads of hidden charges and fees. Customer service is appalling and will never pay out. I ask you, actually i BEG you do not insure yourselves with this joke of an insurance broker go directly through to an insurer as it will be cheaper and safer. They are just a broker and do nothing but pass your details on!

Awful company, stay away, never had to pay £150 deposit for car insurance, threatening to cancel my partners policy ( god knows how much they will try & extort from him ) we’ve done everything they asked for about information, still not good enough & I believe this is a scam to get money out of people ....... AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR IT WILL COST YOU..... DEARLY

AS PER PREVIOUS REVIEWERS - AVOID AVOID AVOID, my sons car policy was automatically renewed at 3 times the price, luckily they didn't get the payment from the bank thank god). They then re-priced it £800 cheaper then said they would charge £80 if we didn't continue with them. So they cancelled it without notice and had all our money and said it would take 6weeks to refund the money and they would also deduct £53.00 minimum admin charge along with the £80 cancellation. We needed the car insured (couldn't wait 6 weeks for our money) so just went a new policy with them minus all the charges @ £133.00. NEVER NEVER HAD SUCH A HORRENDOUS TIME WITH A CAR INSURANCE........DONT USE.

Avoid avoid avoid , my car policy expired and they threaten you with email to pay 800£ for not continuing with them, when already I have a new insurer in place. They use some dodgy third party monthly payment provider Premier Credit who are equally dodgy not letting you go to new company after a year ! Absolutely disgusted , avoid !!! They will not send you your years no claims certificate after completion of a year , however many emails you send them. Absolutely disgraceful company !
