“Our boiler was leaking water but Legal & General couldn't get anyone out for 4 days - I was changing the towels every 15 mins as they were soaking wet but Legal & General wanted me to wait for 4 days - eventually they got out a plumber to stop the water but then we were without heat for 4 days in October.”

“They are ok, but best of all I have not had 100's of calls and emails from them trying to sell me more stuff since I took out the policy which is a clear improvement over other compaines”
