Fabulous service today in High Wycombe Eden Walk. An older gentleman in the food section was so helpful and willing and professional.and a young lady on the exit to London TRd again was very helpful and willing. Really great service from them who both went over and above their duty, in every aspect. Thank you.

I ordered my friend the Rose Trio Flowers for her birthday and selected a delivery date (a week before to ensure they arrived on time as I’m aware deliveries are experiencing delays due to the current situation) - they came in the morning on that date and they were absolutely gorgeous! My friend was so happy with them. Thank you! Really great service, I would recommend and I will be buying my future flower orders from here as I know I will get the quality unlike some online flower delivery companies.

I recently bought over £35 worth of groceries. however, when I got past the till assistant she did not offer me the free 'seeds to grow'. When I arrived home my wife was annoyed that I did not have them having spent £35.

Bought flowers through M&S for Mother's Day (to be delivered on the Sunday) and even though texts etc stated they were going to be delivered, they never arrived. Hugely disappointed and to be honest angry with their meek response of 20% off a future order. I've completely lost my trust in the company to follow through on such an important order.

Ordered mother’s day flowers, got a confirmation for them. They were meant to come the day before mother’s day but they still said they were being created so I waited for mother’s day thinking they’d come then. They then decide to say my order is cancelled so I had no time to buy any others. So unreliable

I have used M&S flower delivery for years but to be honest I will be reluctant to use the delivery again. Dues to social distancing I ordered flowers for my 88 year old Mum ( who has severe mobility problems). Yodel delivered her flowers and left them on top of 6foot post box. Her flat is on a buzzer door release system... but the delivery service seemed to be in too much of a rush to wait for her to get to the door! Please see attached photo of where they left them. Disgraceful 😡!

For the 2nd time in 12 months flowers ordered did not turn up on the given day. Customer service is appealing. Will never recommend or use this shambles of a company again

I bought a pair of school trouser two weeks ago my son wore them for 2-3 days and then a pair ripped so I went back to the store to return them and at that time I only had one pair since my son was wearing the other and a worker said yes I can return them just bring the other pair so the next day I did bring the second the second pair and when I tried to return them a worker called the store manager michell and said I can't return them because they were ripped through the cloth even though they were ripped through the embroidery line and she said that my son ripped the cloth but nobody would RIP their own clothes and I kept telling her it ripped through the embroidery line she was so rude to me in conclusion I could not return the trousers. The manager is very rude and I will not be buying clothes from this store ever again. I also told her you are going to lose customers. There are better stores with better clothes.

Yet another bouquet which was not as advertised. A dreadful “bunch” of sickly flowers arrived for our niece’s birthday. This is not the first time I have been disappointed, and angry, with what was delivered. I should have learned by now. The voluptuous bouquet of beautiful blooms was in their imagination because it certainly was not what was in the packaging.

I bought two plant pots just before Christmas, about £5 each, to give as presents. They were so nice I decided to keep them. Very pleased I did. Thank you M&S

Flowers ordered to be delivered to my gran on 23/12. Dispatch date on box 22/12. I suspect these were left in a van overnight in the current - temperatures. Customer service offered to send replacement, although no roses available and wont be delivered till after xmas. What a joke! This used to be a reliable service. Bearing in mind this was part of gift to my grandmother, i am bitterly disappointed and will not use this service again.

I ordered two deliveries of Christmas flowers for employees this week and both deliveries have failed. Message left out, so recipient had no idea who sent them and the other delayed by Yodel who pushed the delivery to an office out to after 6 pm, then it was taken back to depot. Called customer services which is now most likely operated from abroad via South African operators who can do nothing other than look at the order. I was told today that I would receive a call back, nothing. 5 phone calls, two hung up and hours wasted. I will never use them again as this is two Christmas presents ruined but will look on line to find a local florist - far better to support the local community in those areas. Their SA operatives are poorly trained, talked to me as if I was lying and had a brusque and off hand attitude. Marks n Spencer you should know better than to think your customers will stick around for a repeat performance of the Yodel delivery system, your customer service and orders not arriving as ordered. Total value our £100...no compensation - shocking.

I ordered a £25 bag of Christmas festive flowers online to be delivered to my elderly mother-in-law. It was delivered on time but my m-in-law phoned to tell me the flower food was missing. I checked the order online and the flowers looked much better and the bunch a lot bigger. I phoned customer services to complain and was sent a £10 gift voucher in compensation. I said I didn't think this amount was enough but was told that was all that I could have. I forwarded this to my in-law to say sorry. I am not at all happy, I thought M&S customer service was better than this. I definitely won't be buying any more flowers from them. I've bought better flowers from my local supermarket for a fraction of the cost of these.

I don’t normally purchase furniture online, but felt reassured that I was buying from M&S where quality and service matter right -? Well how wrong can you be - our worst purchase ever in January this year! We are a family of four and can’t move without loud creaking noises coming from our new sofa plus two days wasted holiday from work to have assessors come around and tighten up sofa joints – that made absolutely no difference. After that, M&S refused to assist us further. We referred this matter to the Furniture Ombudsman who, without even coming and visiting us, sided with M&S. Worst, worst piece of furniture ever and M&S are now expecting us to go away and live with a bad product. Avoid them – don’t buy online – awful customer service – hugely disappointed with M&S - what has happened to this company?
