I received a bunch of gladiol in a box as a birthday present. They looked dried up and half dead when they arrived, not at all looking like a birthday gift! There was no flower food with them as stated . The whole thing was shabby.

If I could give minus 10 Stars I would. This is a follow up to my previous review about flowers I received from work colleagues whilst being off sick after a Spinal Op........ The flowers that came were sub standard bits falling off and squashed. I phoned to complain and they were UPGRADED to Peonies costing £40.. OMG! These are pitiful and although they were an upgrade I would be Angry & Disguted at paying £40 a substantial amount for these flowers! Do not waste your money please 😢

Had flowers delivered to me from work colleagues as I’ve had a Spinal Op! Couldn’t believe the state of them . Sunflowers with squashed heads. Leaves falling off. Beasties in them. Phoned to complain. As a gesture of Goodwill they sent peony’s. Couldn’t believe them either. Small pitiful looking bunch of 4 peonies. £40😡Disgraceful. I normally buy from Arena Flowers and have NEVER been disappointed. Please shop at your small local as the money they must be making is scandalous!

I received my first flower subscription delivery today and was most disappointed as one of the sprays had lost most of its petals. So can't see how their claim of 'Not tired but thirsty' would rectify this. Called 03330143535 three times each time lengthy wait to get through to a person: first time person couldn't hear me, second time just cut off and third time the person said I had come through to the wrong department and when he tried to transfer my call I was again cut off. So given up trying to make contact. More petals dropped over the intervening hours. So will be cancelling subscription.

Received dozen sunflowers. Box was bashed and wet. Flowers were packed into box too small for the the actual leaves/flowers to keep them in. Opened to find the water bag burst and the flowers dry, bashed at one side and some stems snapped. Have tried my best to salvage them. The flowers were sent to me as a birthday present from a friend, she’d be upset to learn she was let down by poor and careless packaging and delivery service.

Very poor service. Flower subscripton was fine for two deliveries but next did not arrive. Phone line support was not able to access order info. Three calls later, I hope I will get a refund but expect I will have to call again. Needless to say, I have cancelled my subscription.

First delivery was fine and flowers revived well in water, a well chosen bouquet. Had an email this morning saying the third month's bunch had been delivered safely. This was accompanied by a photo of a box on someone else's doorstep! Got them eventually and apart from a few heads being missing they are the same as last month's bunch. Not the same quality as the first bunch and definitely not worth the money.

I recieved 12 sunflowers on 7th July. Large box but some flower heads Squashed and leaves dying. My flowers usually last well in the hall but after 1 week 5 are dead and others sad and turning brown.

My birthday flowers delivered with repacked by yodel label on. The water had leaked everywhere gift bag and label soaked, phoned and complained. A replacement arrived the next day in the same condition. No water left in the box and bag and card soaked. The flowers are lovely but delivery terrible. Very disappointing

I was sent some peonies by my work colleagues due to my mother passing away. Unfortunately the flowers arrived very dry and still in bud. I worried them that they may not flower. Luckily they did but they had clearly been damaged by a lack of water. They did flower but the power petals were brown and they only lasted 4 days. They were very wilted and disappointing.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Absolute waste of time. Did not deliver on requested date, contacted customer service (eventually) who said it would be delivered. No communication until I contacted them. Now order has been cancelled without communicating.

Flower subscription service needs overhauling. Nowhere on your account can you check if the delivery is expected on the correct day. First month they were fine and fairly good flowers. Second time they came a week late and were poor quality. Subscription now cancelled. For £5 more Freddie’s Flowers are brilliant. A friend sent me a box and they lasted 2 weeks. My first one from M&S lasted less than a week.

Letterbox flowers, birthday present from godson. Contained a note 'We aren't dead flowers, just thirsty'. Placed in water as soon as received, the small daisy sprays already had curled dried petals which did not recover. Irises never opened, yellow flowers opened after 5 days. We never tell the sender because https://www.reviews.io/exit/18069it spoils their lovely gesture.

Delivered on time and I haven’t seen the flowers but have assumed them to be as expected. Unfortunately these were sympathy flowers sent to a close family member after the passing of a loved one. If you are in the same scenario I do not recommend M&S. The flowers unexpectedly came boxed. No where is this clearly stated in the product description or ordering process. I assumed M&S would deliver the flowers in a similar manner to a florist. I am disappointed and distressed that this has happened and don’t recommend M&S to others wanting to sending sympathy flowers. I can only assume all of their flower deliveries come boxed, please keep this in mind when sending flowers. A local florist would charge a similar total order amount for hand delivery. On this occasion the local florist had a shortage of flowers due to COVID and M&S was the only option. Overall a bad experience and a will not be purchasing this service again.

On Saturday 13th June, I ordered flowers to be delivered to my friend in Scotland on Thursday 18th June. I specifically chose this date as I knew she had a hospital appointment then. When I tracked the delivery, it abruptly came to a halt at around 4am yesterday morning (the 18th), then I had a text message at 1836 saying the order had "been delivered to a safe place". This was a lie as, in fact, the flowers were dumped on the doorstep this morning. Worse still, you didn't include the card so she had no idea who they were from. What idiots you are - can't even get that part right either. The words on the card were just as important as the flowers themselves & you've spoiled it. Stupid people. Will never trust you again with such an important order. Feel totally let down. Totally unacceptable.
