incorrectly sold me an insurance policy, then made me pay the cancellation fee along with waiting 2 hours on the phone. It has been three weeks and they still haven't reimbursed the money I paid. Very poor service.

They might be cheap however they wont support you in a claim, they will make sure that you dont get the money will find any excuses to make you appear as a liar so they dont have to pay. Also I was one day over the 14 day limit which cost me 300 pounds I payed 600 pounds for my insurance and i got back 300. I would not recomend them

Avoid this scamming lot took insurance out 20th February fully comp for zx10 r value £4500 170bhp missile in April asked to change vehicle to 70bhp yamaha mt 07 same value modern abs brakes etc quoted a additional £111 on top the dearest quote elsewhere was £95 so I asked to cancel no refund due to extortionate admin charges from BIG ED pretend to be bikers just scammers hiding behind small print use at your peril this lot will pin your shirt right up go to bennetts or Carole Nash avoid m c Edwards please.

I just cancelled my insurance policy after 9 months because I sold my bike. It figured out that they doesn't do any refunds because this is their "cancellation policy" (I pre-paid 12 months) so they just kept the rest of my money for free. Nice business deal! Wish I could have a business like this! This is simply a bloody robbery.

every time i call i spend at least 20 minutes in a call queue waiting for someone to answer the phone. even after making a complaint - the next day when they called me back they left a message and a number, i called the number and had to go through the standard IVR which involved more waiting. will be adding excessive cost of calls to my request for compensation

very sharky practices when trying to change my bike near to the end of the policy. told me to ring back within 1 calendar month of the policy expiry to they could do an 'early renewal' and 'not lose my NCB'. questioned why i would lose my NCB in any case - was fobbed off and told to ring back. rang back 1 calendar month from renewal to change bike - was told i would get an early renewal. was also told that cover would be granted from 1 month prior to renewal until the next years renewal date. despite getting a years NCB and additional experience my 'renewal premium' was dearer than previous year. when i inspected the documentation i had been sent I noticed that they had charged me a £288 'administration fee' in order to inflate the premium back to what my first years monthly payments were AND the renewal date was then dated from the month earlier date for 12 months and not from when the actual policy renewal was due. Thereby costing me a months cover. WATCH this early renewal offer - its a scheme so they can inflate their sales figures, charge ridiculous fees and overlap policies to cost customers cover. I will be raising this with the FCA and the Financial Ombudsman.

I can't understand why you can't give a 0 rating? from the day I took my policy out I still never received my documents, even after numerous phone calls. Tbh the old saying you get what ya pay for is right. I've had 2 claims with this insurance the first one took over a year to pay out, after being passed from pillar to post. The 2nd one is still on going, which I'm being penalised for their taking money off me because I didn't have full service history wtf? I'm not going to name any names but if people have dealt with this certain person they will know who I mean when I say this, they pass the book, they come up with alsorts of lies, they tell you their gonna put you on hold while they ring someone else. But I spoke to someone else who said I'll call you back in 5 minutes when I've rang the other team. What a load of bull. Stay away from these corrupt ?!@&?!&@. If I do eventually got another bike I won't be using these again!!

rip off dont do it the added extras are a con £100 excess on crash helmet n leathers need reciepts for everything i lost my bike they offered me peanuts they dont contact you 6 weeks now still on going rubbish

After spending a total of over 4 hours on the phone for something CS changed, MCE would not admit fault. I had to buy a new policy again before I cancelled the wrong policy. I have since not received my documents to view online, only last years and the policy that I didn't want.

Documentation did not arrive. Incorrect information on statement of fact(due to mce). Excess went up from 650 to 775 due to this. Poorly informed operatives.

YOU CHARGED ME £60 ADMIN FEES FOR ONE DAYS COVER!!! SHOULD CHANGE YOUR TRADING NAME TO DICK TURPIN INSURANCE AS YOU SHOULD WEAR A MASK WHEN YOU ARE ROBBING PEOPLE!!!

I phoned the renewal hotline number to renew my policy and the agent had to go through the whole quote process which took 26 minutes and cost me £13 in phone charges. The agent was friendly enough but what should have taken 2 or 3 minutes took far too long and was costly.

BEWARE-cheap and easy to set up, I have recently submitted a theft claim and I have been interrogated by them twice for appx 20 mins each time. they made me feel like I did it. they check and double check everything looking for a way out of paying up. they even check your bank account to see if you are skint enough. I had to prove I had a garage and send pictures of out/inside. waiting for their offer but im not holding my breath.

I would advise people not to touch this company with a barge pole My bike was stolen not my fault and when it came to paying me out screwed me for every penny they could 1900 and recive 1000 not only did i loose alot but the people i was told to contact were abrupt and snotty on the phone please people dont go near these absolute shower

Absolute crooks! They took £220 out of my account on wed although I cancelled my policy with them in June last year. My policy payment wasn't even for £220?!!!! Refusing to immediately refund me. DO NOT USE!
