“Arranging renewal was easy and customer service was excellent. The major problem that MCE need to address is the last two years I've had to make numerous phone calls to get them to put insurance details on government insurance website.”

“It took several calls over 3 days to get through to the renewals team. The system just kept me waiting with no indication of where I was in the queue or how long I would be waiting. The person I did eventually speak to had technical difficulties with the computer, so put me on hold, and the line went dead! When I called back 5 minutes later, the renewal price had gone up! I was told that 'that's what happens' and there was nothing that they could do about it. Not a great experience.”

“The excess is very high, i take the chance to save some money on the premium, many irelevant questions demanded on application, what difference dose it make if i am married for instance, none of your dam business but you insist on knowing this. Why?”
