“First. you use call centres witch are very unhelpful Second. you get even different phone numbers to call you but at the end you get the same call line as each other Therd. each time I did get through to talk to some one regarding an issue with my policy no one wanted to help just past me on to another phone number again queuing to get the same measage from the next operator, Thorth. A rediculas time waiting in ques to talk to an operator Do really you are lucky to get three stars as I have other issues with your service.”

“To renew an existing policy with no changes had to wait over 10 minutes for phone to be answered and then the same old questions as last year which take ages. Nothing has changed. I accept the quote provided. Why can’t I just pay on line?”

“The call centre person I spoke with didn't know what she was doing. My questions were met with silence while she hunted for an answer. An easy renewal took ages while she asked me the exact same questions completed on last year's policy. It seemed as she didn't have this in front of her. I'm very happy with the policy schedule, cover and its value for money, but MCE should employ better staff.”

“Called to renew my policy, always been easy but this time what went wrong! It’s clear to say that your call centre team appears to have been outsourced, to individuals who do not understand English, so when saying I want to renew being met with you want to make an accident claim was surprising. 4 calls later due to long waits, being cut off etc, eventually got a coherent person who was great and renewed!! Poor rating is for the other handlers who were just not capable, became obstructive, then rude, one saying you don’t have to take insurance, that what you get. Come on MCE, I know you can do better.”

“Arranging renewal was easy and customer service was excellent. The major problem that MCE need to address is the last two years I've had to make numerous phone calls to get them to put insurance details on government insurance website.”
