I make a insurance to my friend from ny account, the sistem completed my friend insurance with my name... This company cancel the insurance and take30 pounds for a simple mistake

Following a breakdown and after renewing my cover for the third year found that I couldn’t use the cover for the first 10 days. Cost me £133 to have the call out so after numerous emails, telephone calls I have been told I will get a refund but can’t be told how much, when etc... lesson learned get your own breakdown cover as if I had known being loyal means nothing wouldn't of bothered and certainly wouldn’t be out of pocket! Hiding behind terms and conditions isn’t a great service especially promoting customer loyalty. Next year I will be certainly looking at different options with other insurance providers.

After calling to ask for my insurance details to be resent, I still have not received them. When I called I could just hear laughing in the back ground.

I called MCE to 'add a bike' to an existing policy. I experienced a very real lack of looking after existing customers. The price was beyond belief - I went on line to compare the quote I was given, and to my surprise there was a, more than considerable saving. I have, very recently renewed my primary insurance cover (1st bike) with MCE, but will be seriously considering other companies to renew with next year. N.B - I have used MCE previously and found them to be competitive, though I must say; I do feel somewhat let down by Customer Services/Admin.

Avoid at all cost, happy to take your money certainly try everything to avoid paying you out. They will even lie. When my bike was stolen told me they were cancelling my policy and not paying out because I told them my bike had an immobiliser which I didn't and my policy said nothing about an immobiliser, tried telling me that my policy stated security devices where unspecified which was an unspecified immobiliser. Repeatedly asked for a copy of the recording which I'm still waiting for. Wouldn't accept that and made a complaint, eventually got the decision overturned and had a total loss payment which was an absolute joke. A brand new bike a month old, straight from the showroom lost a 3rd of its value. Still not happy so been in touch with the ombudsmen who are now investigating. KEEP CLEAR PEOPLE CHEAP BUT AWFUL COMPANY.

Was far to eager to get me to do it online rather than help me go through it On the phone. I’ve paid my insurance in full but have got nothing back. A little annoying 😡

I called to renew my policy, I had reminders to let me know I had to and that was fine. When I called I was quoted £225 with £900 excess. this was a £75 increase on my last policy. I went online as a new customer and renewed a a price of £131 and zero excess. The difference was dumb founding and frankly ridiculous. I entered the same details as your operator and the outcomes were extreme. Speaking to other motorcycle riders they encountered the same and move companies for this reason.

Biggest gang of pirates in the UK. Useless, incompetent, reticent, obtuse please make sure you avoid at all costs. How they have any sort of rating is beyond me.

Rubbish breakdown cover, cant make a break down claim for the first 10 days of the policy and no callout if you breakdown 2 miles or less from home forcing you to push a bike weighing a quarter of a ton home, if this happens on a motorway it will be a night mate, all this and the rip off access charges make riding my bike miserable, they want to take your money and do nothing for it, shame on MCE, THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I USE THEM.

My son was massively overcharged when renewing his policy despite remaining loyal to your company. He was, effectively, punished for this loyalty. When checking on a price comparison website I was able to secure a like for like quote from a competitor of yours for half of price charged by you. Shameful profiteering on your part, I will not be returning and will be advising my biker pals to steer clear of your company.

Rip off, gave quote paid money after the 2week cooling off period got email stating what is classed as a garage, mine didn't so contacted and got charged a extra £30 been as cheap to have stayed with carol nash will go back to them next year, hope never have to make a claim with these thieving con merchants.

I've tried to get a car insurance quote on their website and I could not finish the form because they were asking for model of the bike😂 which is strange for a car insurance. Then I called them to get a quote so after more than 40 of minutes talk and after I given them all my details, they said can not give me a quote because I have no convictions which is strange again. So at the end of conversation I asked the operator to delete all my personal information and the person refused to delete it because they don't sell people's personal information which I don't believe so... Also I paid £12 for the call to my provider which resulted just wasting money and time. This company needs to be regulated
