“I renewed my policy on 1/2/17 after already being with MCE for a year and cancelled it today as I have sold my bike with my little boy being born soon. Even though I have only had the policy 41 days I have received only half of the premium I paid back. This is disgusting and will never be using MCE again for any of my other bikes or future purchases.”

“Mcn call system hardware has no real volume control, to renew my policy they just shouted The same questions , since mce was sold its service to customers has dropped as the Quest to increase profit margins, I breakdown policy is a joke, I phoned up by the Side of a busy motorway, and was told I had pay £70 to be picked up bad service, No cares just profit. Still cheap insurance, I go to many bike events and always Pass on the shit service I get. What do you expect it's cheap shit”

“Your definitions are inflexible and semantically wrong. Particularly with reference to locked compounds. Your customer service is inflexible. I am told I am getting a good deal when clearly I am not. The level of excess means the only value in the policy is for legal benefit. yet this is a good Deal. At least deal with your customers honestly rather than over inflating the "deal" and the "extras" which are essentially irrelevant. It seriously irks me that I am forced by law to give your company money”

“Simple to set up the insurance, the agent I spoke to was friendly and helpful. If I have a negative comment it is that you do not warn us prior to the insurance expiring. Can we do an auto-renew?”
