“Terrible service and Cover (Home Emergency) telephoned to report a leak from my shower which was coming through my living room light and was told by the call handler that as it was not a clearly visible or obvious leak it was not covered. All she could do was arrange for a plumber to attend and turn the stopcock off, which I could do myself. The call handler was not empathetic to my situation but rather dismissive. Very poor customer service!”
