“Couldn't pay online, had a policy before and didn't know password, reset button didn't work. Phoned up and spoke to a lovely young man who went through the policy and took payment. Still waiting on password reset so I can see my online policies. Competitive price and included legal cover others charge extra for.”

“So far I’m really happy with Policy Expert. I needed some documents before taking our the insurance policy so emailed customer support and it was sent to me within the hour. I did have some issues making a payment for my policy online but I called the helpline and a really friendly adviser talked me through the process and got me signed up over the phone. So far everything has been really professional and easy.”

“i went on line to policy expert to purchase my home insurance but at 76yrs I'm not the fastest typist on the block and i got timed out.1 asked for someone to phone me so i could purchase over the phone, the gent who called me was absolutely the nicest, helpful and efficient person ive dealt with in many a year. I'm glad i didn't book on line now because i would have missed talking to such a smashing guy, great people, great service, i will certainly use them in the future sw**you made my day”
