“The service I received over the ‘phone when discussing my home insurance renewal was very good. The Policy Expert operative was polite, helpful and well informed. My questions were answered clearly and fully which enabled me to make an informed decision about how to proceed. My only reservation in stating the service was excellent was that at times, it felt a little rushed.”
