“Clear and fair. I had to move house and their quote was fair and it was sorted over the telephone swiftly. The call handler understood the needs on insuring during exchange of contracts. He was able to clarify points that I was unsure on too. I was offered home cover for no additional as I renewed with them, which is reassuring when moving into a new property.”
