“I always find choosing the right buildings and contents policy difficult, as there are so many options to consider. I checked the basics on the Policy Expert website, then spoke with a customer service adviser, Alisha (sorry if I've spelt his name wrongly), who was absolutely super, patiently talking me through and explaining all aspects and options offered for the policy, helping me make my decisions, (they don't sell or advise, so the choice is yours). All in all, I found dealing with Policy Expert to be so less confusing and straightforward than many others I had contacted. A real joy to deal with, and a great price saving me heaps of money, which is so refreshing in this day and age! Thank you.”
