“This is my second year with the company, I normally have to go on line each year as insurance policies seem to increase each well over inflation rate, I am pleased to say the increase in my policy was very little and the service provide was excellent. I am lucky that I have never made a claim. (keeping fingers crossed)”

“The cover we require for the items we have is good. After checking various comparative sites, yours came out best in relation to cost. When I rang to clarify some points on the schedule, the operator was very polite and well informed and due to that, I was told of the loyalty discount. This was a big factor in staying with yourself.”

“The renewal was simple and only gone up by £10 so not as bad as some other insurers. What was disappointing was that the emergency call out was omitted which had been included previously. I will definitely have a shop around next year but couldn't be bothered this time.”

“I have knocked off a point because I felt the renewal price was not the best deal that could of being offered. However, after calling and speaking to a member of you team who was very good, hearing the options I was able to agree a renewal price. I would rate the staff member 5 out of 5. Thanks”

“Left a call back requested when I phoned regarding my renewal. Received the call within 10 mins, renewal price reduced once I explained I had received cheaper quotes. Only problem I have is why was I not given the lower renewal price in the first place?”
