“Firstly I found their prices are extremely reasonable but the best thing is their customer service with excellent live chat where they can sort most things out and if you have to call they are knowledgeable, quick to understand what you are saying and you can understand them, very polite and helpful, I moved and had to cancel my policy which was a quick and easy process, the money was refunded very quickly and I was so impressed with their service I have taken out a policy for my new house, I cannot recommend them enough.”

“I can’t really say much about the company in terms of dealing with claims but the price and what’s included it’s really reasonable and perfect for me. Easy to manage all documents online. Hopefully I won’t have to check the claim scenario but for now I’d recommended checking current policies and what’s in it to see if PE can match your expectations for a lower price.”
