“I took out a policy on a car I was due to buy this weekend. I didn’t end up buying the car so called to cancel the policy on day 2. I was told there was a £30 admin fee to cancel and that the 14 days is only to avoid ANOTHER £30 fee. That was not clear at all on the site or when I purchased or I would not have done so. Very very disappointing and terrible customer service. Will never use them again.”

“POLICY EXPERT HOME INSURANCE REVIEW I highly recommend this company. Recently I took out a new policy with them. I felt the price in comparison with all other insurers was extremely competitive. Comparing like for like with my previous insurer I saved £160 per annum on my renewal! The policy I took out actually gives me wider cover which includes Free Emergency Cover and Free Legal Protection! I found the website very easy to use and the policy wording was extremely clear. I thoroughly recommend the company and am delighted to have found the policy at such a great price.”
