“Very clear and concise questions for the quote and the policy summary as well. The portal is simple yet effective and one can download your documents onto your device for reference. The policy options are diverse so you can select one that suits your needs with level of cover and and useful options to enhance the overall policy which is useful to have under one roof so to speak. I shouldn't forget the policy I chose was very competitive on the Price Comparion Site too.”

“Customer service advisor was not really helpful. Sounds like he is giving me the answer from the script book Yes or No. I found him rude. Was not really helpful and that is why I decided to cancel my policy. Last time when I spoke to the agent about 14 days cooling off period , As a good customer service he should have told me 14 days cooling off period is starting from what date.”
