“I found finding house and contents insurance a pleasant experience with Policy Expert. The website was straightforward and easy to navigate. I have a hearing loss and often (when it is necessary to speak to Customer Service), it is extremely difficult to understand someone speaking with a heavy accent. The advisor at Policy Expert had clear diction, so it was a winner and the price was very competitive. .”
