“Luckily, I haven't used the insurance so far, so I could only judge from the perspective of using their call center when asking few questions about the scope of coverage. Hence, 3 stars as I cannot confirm how the insurance company would act once someone really uses their services. Hope this helps...”

“I eventually got the price I was originally offered but it took a lot of discussion with the advisor before I got it so I wasn't entirely happy with the service because if I hadn't stood my ground then the price and excess would have been more!”
