“Very efficient service had no problems”

“Policy was simple to take out and to understand, not withstanding the inevitable separations that are a feature of everything on the web due to the the limitations imposed by the space available, this of course being handled with varying degrees of success by different companies. Hopefully everything will continue in the same vein should the need to claim arise. The price for the the first year ear also seems extremely good, hope that also continues”

“Policy Expert Agent was very helpful and polite. My customer experience was excellent. Speed of service great. All questions answered to my satisfaction - reason I took up policy. I have scored 4 out of 5 because it was only when I called that the agent was advising about an upgraded version of policy. I believe it is best to include all these information in the begining, so that customer can see first hand what thy are getting and the different prices for basic and upgraded policy and then make an informed decision.”

“Website really easy to use, excellent value for money and lots of added extras. Also had a phone chat with one of customer services reps as needed to check policy details to ensure it was ok for our Mortgage and they were so helpful and friendly. All round fabulous service. Would definitely reccommend.”
