“I was permenently disabled over 16 years ago at age 53. I had 3 whole life insurance policies with Prudential. I had to cash two in due to my disability. My agent never told me that the premiums would be paid by Prudential by waiver of premium. The one policy I kept was granted waiver of premium but then Prudential took that away! An attorney Mr. Cohen was so inhumane to say the least. When the new CEO Charles Lowery took over I contacted him and his secretary called me at home and apologized and refunded my premium payments and reinstated the waiver of premium. They put me through so much harassment. I have had 4 major surgeries the last one was over 4 hours . I need another one in 2025. Prudential is just one of the corporations mentioned in a book that I am writing. I have taken on corporations even bigger than Prudential and have changed their advertising and management policies. My book will be out in 2025 and will be truthful as my experiences will be detailed in full. The Lord will guide me.”

“My mother in law has long term care with them. They are the most difficult company to work with. Can only file claims by US mail or fax then they forced us to do ACH and are now denying claims stating the forms are incomplete. The forms were not incomplete. They are now 2 months behind on reimbursements and we have followed their rules and jumped through hoops getting a new account setup for the ACH transfers. If a company can deposit funds they can also take funds. Who is their right mind would grant access to a main account? Think long and hard before you do business with Prudential.”

“The Prudential phone number that handles the phone calls are not honest because my mother asked if there is a Prudential office where she can come and speak to somebody in person and they told her that the only office they had was located in New Jersey. My mom always needs an interpreter and everytime they put the interpreter they disconnected her phone calls. I found a Prudential office located in Miami. I would not recommend Prudential business to anyone. Their service attention and courtesy towards their clients wether is by phone or in person they are not willing to keep the client the kindness and attention needed poor service.”

“Our Mother passed & we filed a claim for her policy. 7 months later we still can not get the policy paid out. Every time we talk with someone on the phone they have something different to say. Going in circle for months now. I would NEVER recommend Prudential to ANYONE”

“I strongly caution others against investing with this company, as entrusting them with my funds was one of my most regrettable decisions. “What a scam! Denied my accident claim on my fractured foot! I provided all the documentation they asked for and so did the doctor and They came up with every bs excuse to deny it! But they make sure to take that biweekly payment though! Never again! I wish I had of read reviews before signing up with them! Seems like a common occurrence which is sad! Don’t know how they’re still in business! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Zero stars!”

“My husband died quite unexpectedly of a massive heart attack He worked at Fed ex, he had a life insurance policy with prudential through the company We have 2 children that were in high school at the time and bound for college The policy was for 100,000 I didn’t receive a penny of it They said he didn’t disclose he had high blood pressure on his application Though my husband worked at Fed ex 10 years he signed up for said policy a little less than 2 years before his death, that’s how they wrangled out of paying out, there is a 2 year clause where prudential can fight to not pay Was truly devastating to us”

“My son was injured and they denied his claim as if he injured himself on purpose. They have no problem taking your premium but aproblem paying a legit claim. Don't waste your money. they're a scam.”

“I regret not being able to assign 0 stars because they don’t deserve 1 star I have had many dealing with insurance claims and various insurance matters with a number of different companies. I have never felt so crapped on. I have also never tried to liquidate a life insurance policy and found this process to be exhausting with Prudential My first phone call with them regarding this was July 30 and as of today October 22 I still have not received the proceeds. A gentleman in a local branch, DJM, seems able to help but I’ll believe it if I ever receive the check Totally disgusting”

“Everything is so slow, terrible customer service. Even sending a edoc for signature they need two to three working days to prepare! So inefficient! And after that some more working days to process... Unbelievable how slow they are!!!”

“It was a horrible situation, but I was recently duped by a prudential. Even though I made an effort to engage with the police and my lawyers to find a solution, I still felt frustrated and helpless. However, after I found A=I=X=A=L=T=D. COM, everything changed for the better. Their exceptional expertise and dedication made it possible for me to receive my money back. “I am the executor of a friend's will, I have had nothing but trouble trying to get the family their money from Prudential. As mentioned below, they send out the forms repeatedly but nothing gets done. I have been on hold for 1.5 hours trying to speak to someone in the death benefits department. Can a company get any worse, giving a grieving family a run around and endless hours of being on hold to speak to a representative is appalling. Think twice before you select them for a life insurance, they will not treat your family with any level of respect and your loved ones may never get the benefit of the financial security you planned and paid for. Look for a company that will treat your family with respect and expeditiously get them the money they need to move forward after your death.”
