Price was right at the time and second time with Quote Me Happy, not consecutively. Easy to purchase and no problems with paperwork. You only find out how good the company is when you have to claim and so far I have not had need to claim. Here's hoping the renewal price beats the rest again.

I chose this company based on price alone, not realising that they are part of Aviva, whom I have had problems with in the past. I had a claim earlier this year and the repairer they chose was dreadful. I had to visit the repairer to collect something I had left in my car and discovered that they had left my car with its boot wide open in their yard overnight. Thankfully it had not rained or my car's boot interior would have been ruined. They had also left the interior of the car filthy with dust and dirt and had clearly not used any form of seat protector or paper floor mats. When I complained I was promised that they would deliver it back in a spotless condition. Not surprisingly when it came back it was still dirty and even had a dirty handprint on one of the seats! There was also some minor damage they had caused which then had to be fixed by a second repairer. Overall I would strongly recommend avoiding this insurer.

when I renewed my car insurance in April I bought online then it was really cheap then I called their customer service next day just to double check , they told me I put wrong model no. then they told me to cancel and buy another one the price was doubled again I called them to double check they told me the second one is right . It was a lie I put the same as the 1st one all the details then I try to explain they do not want understand I just left as it is as I did not have option at the time but I will look early for my next renewal then move to other car insurance provider I felt I been cheated .

overall I think it was good experience , first time i did on line and feel confident with all the informations, more happy to have cheap Insurance , make you feel good. Only one thing i will suggest when the customer got the insurance with you on line at least one time someone from customer services should contact the customer and make sure the customer got everything what he need, it is just a courtsey and politeness. Direct communication with the customer has his own impact, the customer feel they are valuable. just a thought!!!!!

What is it they say about 6-8 people tell everyone if they've had a good experience, and just about everyone if they've had a bad one? I'm normally the first to say when I've received bad service, but this time, do you know what? I have nothing but joy to spread. I had an accident before Xmas, called Quotemehappy, a loan vehicle was delivered to me within four hours of the accident, and from there on, nothing but politeness and efficiency. I can truly say that not one person I dealt with - the crash repairers, the guy who picked my car up - was anything but pleasant and helpful. It's something you don't want to know - how your company responds after an accident - but I can only tell you my experience, which was that they couldn't have done better.

It was very easy to search for this policy online. The price was right and it provided me with all of the coverage that I need.

I noticed that they have not given me my maximum No Claims Bonus on the policy and have had repeated attempts to rectify it. I will not be renewing with them in future as I feel they may be doing this on purpose. A lot of customers reporting that that are having issues with lots of insurance companies who are not providing the NCB discount and making it hard to get a better deal with another insurer. I am shortly to renew in a few months from now and I will not be going with them again.

all on line application and also if a claim is required, far too complicated for me. I will be changing to a company that uses humans on the end of a phone next time.
