“I feel really let down. I have been with this company for three years. My premiums were the best (very cheap).
When I recently left for another insurer I was informed that I've lost my NO CLAIMS DISCOUNT as there was a claim against me over 1 year ago. I had no knowledge of this claim and was never told when it began or what the outcome was, couldn't even defend myself. Currently I'm seeking advice on how to get this dealt with.
