“has some one who is not computer literate , it was a nightmare getting proof of no claims to them. was unable to post proof. everything had to be done by computer. took numerous attemps to get photo proof to them. felt like giving up and going somewhere else”

“It was quick and easy to complete and getting my insurance. I had no problem with the company and will use them again if the price is right. As I have not had to claim on my policy I cannot say how easy or how good the company would be.”

“Annoying that I had to pay for an accident that was not my fault, even more frustrated was when Carpenters kept telling me different information and the fact that I am still waiting for my money 3 months on. Would also have been nice if both companies kept me more up to date with information as I always had to chase them.”
