“I am a pensioner and not very good on a computer but I found Quote me happy online and followed their instructions which were easy to follow, I dont type very quickly so it probably took me longer than most but even so it only took me about 20 to 30 mins to complete and my documents came through quite quickly after that”

“I feel really let down. I have been with this company for three years. My premiums were the best (very cheap). When I recently left for another insurer I was informed that I've lost my NO CLAIMS DISCOUNT as there was a claim against me over 1 year ago. I had no knowledge of this claim and was never told when it began or what the outcome was, couldn't even defend myself. Currently I'm seeking advice on how to get this dealt with. Just be careful, maybe it's cheap for a reason”
