“I noticed that they have not given me my maximum No Claims Bonus on the policy and have had repeated attempts to rectify it. I will not be renewing with them in future as I feel they may be doing this on purpose. A lot of customers reporting that that are having issues with lots of insurance companies who are not providing the NCB discount and making it hard to get a better deal with another insurer. I am shortly to renew in a few months from now and I will not be going with them again.”
