“I was a victim of theft where my car was vandalised. To the Insurance company's credit they prompt to collect the car, however, they provided very little information as to how a courtesy car will be provided. I ended up having to sourced this through their providers and the return of the courtesy car, with very little support and information from quotemehappy. I was gob-smacked to say the least. I feel this part of your service is very poor and to add to the troubles, they fixed my door but they left part of the damage undone. To date I do not know why and the supposed work carried out on one door was not of good standard at all. I suppose I need to make a complaint to address this. However, it is my view that the Insurance company needs to get more involved with claims so one is not left feeling unsupported.”

“An ongoing disaster. I have spent more time trying to sort out my very straightforward car insurance with "Quote me happy" than the rest of my car insurances put together. It's probably OK if everything goes smoothly but they cannot cope when it doesn't.”

“Do not use this company. You cannot speak with anyone. They only send automated emails no matter what the query. I have uploaded my NCD evidence 3 times; it meets all criteria, and is for a policy that expired in last 18 months. They just keep sending automated emails telling me that it is outside 24 months. Submitting a query on website gets nowhere. Avoid this company. The frustration isn't worth a few pounds.”

“Had good service since i went onto web and when i required chips in my windscreen repaired they were very good arranging this and they wer done in 24hrs with only £10 excess to pay. Would recommend this company every time”
