Home insurance with pedal cycle cover. Tried to claim for theft of expensive e-bike. Took an hour on hold to find out there's an exclusion for "motor vehicles". Cancelling policy now.

The policies are cheap and that will be the only thing that will make you happy. I'd been with them for a couple of years. I recently sold the car so I no longer needed insurance so I cancelled. Quote me happy charged a disqusting £56 for the cancellation. Never would I go with them again and beware that cheap doesn't mean good at all.

Absolute shocking customer service, no way at all of speaking to someone, all i wanted to do was change my start date to the policy, but the ‘virtual Colin’ just kept me going round in a circle and there was no link to help me and could speak or email anyone...... regret going with them and it hasn’t even started

Appalling. Appalling. My car was hit by a tree 4 weeks ago - my repair was given to a 3rd party to manage - who then gave it to a garage who are (a) Ford (my car is a Nissan) (b) never answer the phone (c) never pick up messages - despite paying for a courtesy car - none has been provided. I was told “if” they can find one it will be a small car despite my insurance being for a large one (I have 2 under 5s so this really isn’t appropriate) - I have complained both to Quote Me Happy and the 3rd party “managing” the service. The former haven’t bothered to reply (thought promised they would in 24 hours - it’s been 10 days) - the latter have not addressed the issue at all So - don’t use them. Even if they are cheaper - it’s not worth it the stress and total lack of support after an accident Oh and apparently the fact the tree hit me wipes out my no claims - even though it wasn’t my fault. Thanks again Diabolical

Absolutely appalling customer service. Automated replies to everything and no actual relevant answer to any questions asked via email. Take my advice and get insured with someone else!

no helpline number. tried to contact to query car insurance schedule. commonly asked questions did not cover my query, so contacted customer service. got an automated response giving me totally useless information by extracting keywords from my query. good price but customer service is none existent. first and last time I will insure with these.

Appalling. There is no customer service phone number. The on-line messaging is dreadful and no one replies! They renewed my policy without permission and then charge £25 to cancel. I would NEVER use them again. :(

At the end of my online application I phoned and asked for my application to be cancelled as I had accidentally pressed the one of payment at the start of the application. One month in I find they have taken the whole of my annual premium at once. I cancelled this policy online and have not had any sort of reply just a note on my account it has been cancelled. Have no idea when I will get a refund. Unable to find a telephone number to speak to somebody the only numbers are for claims. I would not recommend this insurer and will never deal with them again.

They make it damn near impossible to contact them and barely respond when you do. They keep the prices cheap as there must be 2 of them working roughly 3 hours a day. Stay well away it’s just not worth the trouble, awful, awful, awful company.

QMH just cancelled my home and contents insurance with no notice whatsoever! I have tried to set up a DD and every month (for 6 months) and it’s never taken! I have sent email after email and never a response! Just had a brief email to inform they have indeed cancelled after written and electronic contact was sent to me! I have had neither.... appalling company 🤨

automatically renew the policy without sending any notification. went to paypal to request a refund and paypal also declined - saying this is an authorized. BE CAREFUL when you sign up with them!!!

I am trying to change my car and when I went onto the site I found that my insurance policy did not even show on site. I tried to use the chat line but Colin is a robot. The number to ring is a claims only line, and even that was a robot. I will cancel my insurance which still has 6 months to run, I cannot be bothered with this hassle. And when the debt collectors come calling for the cancellation fee I will let them arrest me and will be lett me say 'quotemehappy' to see these shysters in court.

I was about to take out contents insurance with them and their website has been continuously down for maintenance.... "Back in a jiffy We’re carrying out essential maintenance on our website. Sorry about the inconvenience. Please try back again later." Reading the reviews on here, I will go elsewhere. Quotemehappy is a joke company.

I have just become a new customer with "QMH " due to pricing. Again just what other people have said: Uploading of NCD is poor. if i dont get my NCD up loaded in next few days I will be cancelling this policy and going elsewhere. Owners should be held responsible and liable for gross incompetence of there IT systems. They should try and remove as many of the obstacles and may retain customers.

Quote me Happy is a dreadful car insurance company. My email inbox has constantly been spammed with no claim discount emails even though I've provided the information on numerous separate occasions and the customer service provided is terrible. Once the year is up, I will pay more to go with a more reputable and respectable company who value their customers and try to instil some form of customer loyalty.

Dreadful customer service if I could mark as 0 stars I would have, they tried to take out money from my account on the wrong day then took it back out again 3 days later and guess what thankyou very much for adding a default notice on my credit file and also a threatening email stating court action WTAF is wrong with these people
