“My policy was set NOT TO 'auto renew' yet they did it anyway and stung us with an additional £100 + on the policy. They dont have a contact number and as of 09h40 on the 14th April 25, their chat help is not available. Zero customer service and I will never use them again. Still trying to get the policy cancelled.”

“Received a payment from me for my car insurance but are claiming they did when I have multiple evidence from my bank. They don’t communicate at all and it’s ridiculous you can’t talk to someone on the phone. “Complete waste of time and money. I will not recommend this insurance company to anybody else. My experience was beyond disappointing due to how poorly the online service deals with emergency customer queries that concern payments. This company has not explained or answered any of my questions on why they haven't validated my documents, as to my belief and my previous insurance companies, my documents have been issued correctly. Following this, my premium price was increased incorrectly and I was not able to contact anybody about this. After attempting their live chat and waiting for 30 minutes without an answer, the session was cancelled on me. In addition, I am also concerned that my details have been changed without my consent after I have started my policy with them. This is simply fraud. It seems this is not an insurance company for young drivers overall. Luckily, there are other companies who are willing to listen to their customers over the phone because they have a call center number available. Customer lost after 3 weeks.”
“So Quote Me Happy, no customer service number, no way of contacting on the website as the 'live-chat' simply doesn't work. Chatbot is absolutely useless, the only way to contact them is through a complaints procedure. Avoid using at all costs they are the absolute worst out there!”

When I checked why I had not been notified of renewal, I discovered that my cover had not been renewed because my husband was now 76.
I received no notification of this cancellation, leaving me uninsured.
QMH automated answer system was unable to cope with my questions.”

This is hands down the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. Their service is awful, the premiums are outrageously expensive, and their online platform is completely unusable. I was in a non-fault accident over a year ago, and I still haven’t received the excess I paid for my car repairs. I will have to involve the financial ombudsman to get my money back.
Their account management system is a total disaster. I have to reset my password every time I try to log in, and now I don’t even receive the password reset emails anymore. It’s beyond frustrating.
I’ve had enough and canceled my policy. I wouldn’t recommend QMH to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company!”

“So I am a community mental health nurse and about 6 weeks ago whilst on a visit I got caught in the floods. I drove my Jaguar through a puddle in the road I couldn’t avoid and then lost my power steering and mode control. I called the insurance and they said an engineer would come out to look at Damage. Next day engineer called me to say he would not be coming out because it’s a common fault. I asked him were he got his info he said Google. So I called Jaguar and they said this simply isn’t true. So I contacted my insurance again. They said he should have come out and would sort it out. But could not give me a courtesy car as they hadn’t looked at it. This went on for 5 weeks and in the end I had to tell them I have no choice but to get legal team involved. The next day my car was picked up. However, sill no courtesy car as the engineer is yet to turn up at the garage to look at my car. I need my car as I am a community mental health nurse I told them this but they simply don’t care. I have business insurance and pay for a courtesy car. I believe Aviva insurance are the underwriters. So stay clear of these. They still haven’t sorted this and I’m about to go into week 7.”
