So Quote Me Happy, no customer service number, no way of contacting on the website as the 'live-chat' simply doesn't work. Chatbot is absolutely useless, the only way to contact them is through a complaints procedure. Avoid using at all costs they are the absolute worst out there!

I have recently taken out home insurance, was not the cheapest but in between, however i did put certain things on different category ie certain watches and the like. I unfortunately need to make a claim for a laptop which was insured separately. I sent them pictures of the damage . After a bout of interrogation on How,Why,When They want me to send them the pc (which yes they pay for) but i be without my pc for a week which is unacceptable you pay extra for service and nt to be treated like you are trying to do them .I have not claimed anything for around 10 years.

My motor insurance policy with QUOTEMEHAPPY, was due for renewal in late December. When I checked why I had not been notified of renewal, I discovered that my cover had not been renewed because my husband was now 76. I received no notification of this cancellation, leaving me uninsured. QMH automated answer system was unable to cope with my questions.

Absolutely Terrible Service – Avoid QMH at All Costs This is hands down the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. Their service is awful, the premiums are outrageously expensive, and their online platform is completely unusable. I was in a non-fault accident over a year ago, and I still haven’t received the excess I paid for my car repairs. I will have to involve the financial ombudsman to get my money back. Their account management system is a total disaster. I have to reset my password every time I try to log in, and now I don’t even receive the password reset emails anymore. It’s beyond frustrating. I’ve had enough and canceled my policy. I wouldn’t recommend QMH to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company!

Recieved a renewal for my car insurance which had gone up over £100 for no reason, tried to contact them via the website as instructed to be informed they have no record of me been insured with them? Despite having no record of my insurance they have contacted me again to tell me my insurance has been renewed!! Tried again to contact them and again told no record of me been insured with them????

Charged me an extra £40 a month because I changed my address . Customer service was no help they would not answer my questions and spoke to me so rudely . Definitely worth shopping around for something else

Had our renewal for our Home insurance and it had increased by 124%. they are just a bunch of criminals. Nothing has changed at our home so how can a 124% increase be justified, just trying it on. Can't contact them only by live chat, really poor company avoid

I am genuinely shocked that this company exists , the reviews on here say it all. To summarise stay well clear of this company! I am baffled that anyone has anything positive about this company.

So I am a community mental health nurse and about 6 weeks ago whilst on a visit I got caught in the floods. I drove my Jaguar through a puddle in the road I couldn’t avoid and then lost my power steering and mode control. I called the insurance and they said an engineer would come out to look at Damage. Next day engineer called me to say he would not be coming out because it’s a common fault. I asked him were he got his info he said Google. So I called Jaguar and they said this simply isn’t true. So I contacted my insurance again. They said he should have come out and would sort it out. But could not give me a courtesy car as they hadn’t looked at it. This went on for 5 weeks and in the end I had to tell them I have no choice but to get legal team involved. The next day my car was picked up. However, sill no courtesy car as the engineer is yet to turn up at the garage to look at my car. I need my car as I am a community mental health nurse I told them this but they simply don’t care. I have business insurance and pay for a courtesy car. I believe Aviva insurance are the underwriters. So stay clear of these. They still haven’t sorted this and I’m about to go into week 7.

I was with 'quote me happy' for a couple of years and made no claims. This year they upped my renewal quote by about a third. I asked them on what grounds this was done and after several back and forths I eventually came to the conclusion that they had no idea but that was definitely 100% no room for movement the cheapest quote they could provide. So I cancelled and went with Churchill. QMH then sent an email saying i could have the insurance £100 cheaper if I stayed which I ignored. Joy of joys - today they took the money anyway - all in one go - nearly £600 out of my account and in to theirs - I cant contact them - their phone number on paypal is a fake and they don't answer questions at the weekend. Honestly 1/5 is way too much - it suggests that they did 20% right

Took out car insurance and paid instantly then nothing for nearly 24 hrs no contact or anything Had to take another insurance out with somebody else Asked for refund from quotemehappy and they took a fee off Disgusting service

I renewed with this company and I can say the service I have received this time wasn’t the greatest. I called serval times for them to change my address even when changing it online and being charged an admin fee for it. Unfortunately my car was written off by another driver and it took 3months to get this sorted. I understand they had to deal with the other insurance company which took full blame of the accident so I am not sure why it took so long to deal with it. I had to chase and make complaints to get a response from anyone from any team as emails were not being answered. In one of my complaint I got a phone call and was offered a compensation sum to help sort out my complaint. And guess what?! I am still waiting for the payment which has now been over a month. Trying to get someone to talk to me or answer me has been very difficult. I decided not to renew this time and I was quick enough to get documents and for them to wash their hands of me but I am really not happy with the service I received. Out of this whole experience I had one really helpful lady Gemma who actually seems like she cared. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend anyone to join

Will never go through them again if you want to make change like urgently, you can't do that online on your account and have to wait 24/48hrs. No assistance whatsoever

Hideous experience. Quote me unhappy more like it. Policy canceled as they hadn't received my NCD despite confirming a month prior they'd received it and it was accepted. The online site doesn't work either.

Diabolical. Never updated my direct debit details via the online form on the website, so my direct debit keep failing, then they cancelled my insurance. Stay away from these amateurs

I have read many reviews on here , I would avoid this company , they cancelled my sons insurance 4k before it started started then wrote to us saying I had intentionally tried to defraud them because we had not filled in the online document correctly , trying to get hold of someone was almost impossible , they eventually returned my funds less a fee , they told me I have to disclose the policy as voided on all future policies with all future insurers .... that would cost me thousands of pounds , I have no idea what to do now , its disgraceful , I have legitimately held insurance policies for cars I own for 40 years and in that time made 1 small claim .
