So I can't change my insurance on my policy!
All the online bit says it to "log into your account" ....I can't because your website is down.
I'm going to take out a new policy and then cancel with these!

I got an email saying my insurance was cancelled , as I needed to drive to work I took out a new policy else where. I messaged them in regards to the canxellation and they came back saying my policy wasn’t actually cancelled. Now I am not getting any reply and am £1500 down. Please avoid at all costs”
“Three or four years loyalty from me and boom the price rocketed. Not just general increases, as other insurers were around £150 less. No luck with renegotiation. Switched. Ending up paying just a tenner more than last year with someone else. Cue the threatening bot sent emails advising I have been reported for having no insurance and the Police will find out.... as if.”

“There is no Customer Services department, if only I'd known before I purchased the policy. I need a password to access their Secure Email Portal. I ask for a Password reset. They send the password reset to the Secure Email Portal which I can't access as I don't have the password.
I can't speak to anyone as the emails are no reply and the only support option is a useless chatbot.”

we have wanted to simply add names to a driving car insurance policy but can not now fir ages as no tel number to talk to a real human being ! i will never get insurance with out checking there is a human to talk to first to help out”

I went on study exchange for the year, I notified quote me happy that i would not be using my car and so no trips would be recorded on my app until i returned home for Christmas. After being bombarded with emails because no trips had been recorded (i was in Singapore!) i emailed again to confirm my policy was not at threat of being cancelled, they told me to ignore the emails but couldn't stop them as they were automated. When i came home they cancelled my insurance because i hadn't used the car in the first week of returning, at no point during my correspondence with quote me happy did they inform me that i would have to use my car and record a trip as soon as i returned to avoid policy cancellation. Customer services was rude and unhelpful. I had paid for a years insurance and only needed the car for the two months whilst i was home in between my time out of the country, they cancelled it as soon as i got back and i couldn't use my car whilst i was home. Pretty appalling, don't use! Not worth the Hassle.”
“My car has been insured for 4 years with quote me happy. All I wanted to do is change the registration plate now they can no longer insure me with no good reason given, staff appear misinformed and unhelpful.

No number to contact them can only contact via email to which they don’t answer any of your questions and basically just turn everything around on you. I had a blackbox with this company which came with an app showing your your journeys and if you did anything wrong (ie speeding, cornering, accelerating to harsh etc) I had a rating of 41/100 for several of my journeys to which I clicked on to see I had done nothing wrong- thieving company just trying to get your scores down to cancel your insurance. SCAMMERS
When I emailed to query this they told me it’s my fault for driving in the day…. WHAT?!”
“My son ordered a black box but the app doesn’t work no Green light when battery tab was pulled out.
There’s no contact number and the email support is useless.

“Possible Scammers.
Avoid this company at all costs. I can only think they are perpetrating a scam on its customers. Monthly I get emails telling me my direct debit has failed (it has not). Asking me for a manual payment which they take. Thus receiving two payments. They then issue default notices which messes with your credit file. You cannot contact them at all other than via emails which they ignore. An absolute disgrace of a company. I feel loathed to leave them one star. I have now been left no choice but to involve my lawyer as I cannot deal with this lunacy any longer. Obstructive at best, a con at worst.”
“Unable to change my credit card details registered on my account. Your automated system keeps sending me the same stupid answer. No telephone number to actually speak to someone in person. Eventually got an email response from a PERSON saying someone would contact me, that was four weeks ago and still no answer.
