There is no customer service phone number. The on-line messaging is dreadful and no one replies! They renewed my policy without permission and then charge £25 to cancel.
I would NEVER use them again. :(”
“At the end of my online application I phoned and asked for my application to be cancelled as I had accidentally pressed the one of payment at the start of the application. One month in I find they have taken the whole of my annual premium at once. I cancelled this policy online and have not had any sort of reply just a note on my account it has been cancelled. Have no idea when I will get a refund. Unable to find a telephone number to speak to somebody the only numbers are for claims. I would not recommend this insurer and will never deal with them again.”

“QMH just cancelled my home and contents insurance with no notice whatsoever! I have tried to set up a DD and every month (for 6 months) and it’s never taken! I have sent email after email and never a response! Just had a brief email to inform they have indeed cancelled after written and electronic contact was sent to me! I have had neither.... appalling company 🤨”

“I am trying to change my car and when I went onto the site I found that my insurance policy did not even show on site. I tried to use the chat line but Colin is a robot. The number to ring is a claims only line, and even that was a robot. I will cancel my insurance which still has 6 months to run, I cannot be bothered with this hassle. And when the debt collectors come calling for the cancellation fee I will let them arrest me and will be lett me say 'quotemehappy' to see these shysters in court.”

Owners should be held responsible and liable for gross incompetence of there IT systems. They should try and remove as many of the obstacles and may retain customers.”

My email inbox has constantly been spammed with no claim discount emails even though I've provided the information on numerous separate occasions and the customer service provided is terrible. “I had to upload my NCD form from my previous insurance company to my Quotemehappy account. I uploaded it onto my account. I had to upload it today as it was the last day as they had told me to do so. Anyway as I uploaded I also checked my details as well. Then my payment page came up which said that even though my first payment would be due 12/10/19...for some reason they would instead take the first payment, which would be double the amount on 12/11/19. I clicked ok. Then I checked my payment schedule for the on-coming year. To my shock horror....the double amount they will be taking out on 12/11/19 they will then be taking out each and every month until my policy ends next year!!!! Are you kidding me??? That is double my initial AGREED original quote!!! I am TOTALLY FUMING!!! What an absolute CON!! I have sent them 2 emails to explain this as well as made a complaint. They state on the information page that if any corrections need to be made to policy details then you log into your account to change any details required. Neither does it say anywhere on their information that they will DOUBLE you original full quote or explain that this is a possibility!!! I am in a state of shock! Do they actually think that they can get away with this without it going to the OMBUDSMAN?? If they do not rectify my complaint then I will cancel my policy with them....which will incur their extortionate con-artists fees but I will still take this to the Omsbudsman. Companies like this cannot get away with charging double the original quote just because a policy holder wants to change a minor detail. Absolutely disgusting company......KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY......they should be called QUOTE ME ANGRY!!!”
