Absolutely rubbish insurance company and the customer service is very poor I have an insurance with them And I have sold my car just before the end of my insurance policy I have informed them and still charge me for a new policy for car I not have Contact them again and again and no think Chang I will have to contact ombudsman to sort it out to get my money back and report the people it should not be in business to keep rape off the people

what a rubbish company! get a quote from them for another car buy it and then they tell you they have made a mistake and charge another £73 per month and an admin fee avoid these people like the plague!

After proposing a car insurance with this company and seeing that it was not as I would have wanted due to them using a credit firm to arrange the instalments I decided not to go ahead with the policy 3 days before the official start date of the policy. I was informed that I had to pay £30.00 to cancel effectively what had not even started. They clearly do not have an understanding of contract law which I am going to remind them of and to claim back the £30.00 paid. There is a clear message, pay a bit extra and get better service and attention.

Just contacted to change our car and they are £200 more than quote on compare the market so we are cancelling less than 6 months into the policy they are refunding 35% of our policy. Be Warned

Dreadful. A terrible company to deal with and they are full of lies. The advisors didn't have a clue what they were on about and there were so many hidden charges. Very rude and impolite bunch. Never use this company.

This company is an absolute rip off! I paid £330 but sold my car 4 months after taking out the policy. They refunded me £49!!!!! £60 cancellation, lost £127 for the breakdown and legal (you can't even transfer this, just a straight forward tough luck!) Will never go with them again. Blatant thieves.

BEWARE BEWARE !!!!! I put my details in to go Compare with a £250 excess limit I took Sure things quote up as it was the cheapest. I paid in full I then had an email to print my certificate out and a second email to register which I did. I was hit by a car in the front drivers door a NONE FAULT CLAIM I informed Sure thing and the claim proceeded I then had a letter saying my excess was £550. I contacted them and they said I should have read the small print as there is a further £300. The small print was on the internet some where hidden I had no paperwork from them and had no access to small print till AFTER I paid !!! This company have not broken the law but operate SHARP PRACTICE !!! Never again am I going to purchase like this I have learnt an expensive lesson I had dash cam evidence and I'm in a fight to get the 3rd party to pay but I don't think I will be successful as the other driver will not admit responsibility to his insurers and even with cam footage there is a cant be bothered attitude YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

What a nightmare, just purchased another car, the 'new' car is the same year, same exact model even same colour, in fact its identical. My existing policy expires in November. Guess what, yes they charged me 45.00. That does include SERVICE CHARGE, so I have been ripped off. MY ADVICE IS GO ELSEWHERE, DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF. Dealing with a complete DULLARD. The sad person(?) even asked if my Mondeo Ghia X was a 3 or 5 door. I told him it was Automatic but he insisted it was manual. Anyone know of a decent insurance company that has real people at the other end of the phone. If so Email me on 755245cyncoed@gmail.com.

Very poor. Do not use this company even if its the cheapest. If you have an accident even if its not your fault you will end up out of pocket.

just awful!! they cancelled my insurance with no refund as I didn't reply to a letter sent within 7 days!!! i was out the bloody country SHOCKING customer service DO NOT USE its the cheapest for a reason

Terrible customer service. Quoted treble for renewal price as they said I had hit a cyclist yet that never occurred! Tried to sort it out however their underwriters wouldn't budge despite the 'claim' ever existing! Had reported a road rage incident to them where I was wrongly accused of something and reported it to cover myself. Never again will I be so honest!!! The report was obviously taken down incorrectly which has now affected my ncd for another insurer. Still banging my head against a brick wall as this remains open on my file until 6 months is up as someone could claim against me!!!!! Avoid at all costs.

They are great as long as you do not claim. I had a minor claim that I had to pay with my excess. They then still doubled my insurance cost.. of course I left them and got a much better deal from another company.. They just do not believe in customer care ..

Never had to pay for a paper copy of my insurance, not yet received. I would not recommend to my worst enemy.
