"Terrible company stay away and Use another company.\nTaken 3yrs to sort out my claim and still not sorted. They have left the house in a state and will not finish the works as they say the work they've done is up to standard. I have a crack in the centre of my wall the staircase is a mess and even after an independent structural surveyor recommend the works to be redone they have argued it. I'm now in process of going to the Ombudsman and taking them to court for the costs and to complete the works. So if you don't want to wreck your house and spend your own money putting it right then stay away. \nI would give minus stars if I could. "

Helpfull but loyalty doesn't matter to any company any more and insurance goes up every year without fail. makes me wonder why I don't claim for something, it will be more expensive next year anyway?
