“Difficult initially to ascertain how to process a copy of the Certificate of Insurance. I presume that the policy had not been renewed on their system at the time I made enquiry but was not informed that this might be the case despite chatting online to an Adviser. Later managed to print off a copy. Subsequently I received a copy through the post so all's well that ends well.”
