“Upon arrival the Tech revealed that he could not connect XP to the wifi network as it was now outdated and no longer supported. However on this occasion a "No Fix No Fee" approach was greatly appreciated by my 85 yo mother. Cheers GOW. Alan.”

“On time, clear discussion, no tech fudging worked quickly and identified issues. However the promised $20 for a booking made in July was not provided. Please advise when I may expect this.”
