We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

The technician provided a very friendly professional service. He quickly assessed and identified the problem, showed me evidence of it, and freely discussed options and prices to sort out my problem. All together great service. Thanks.

Rence was good support right from the day of my initial phone consultation until delivery return of laptop. Return day was as scheduled. Friendly and helpful. Will at support gave me good advice on alternatives to hard drive upgrade. Service team called twice to sort access - helpful and kept me up with progress. Support Team called me this morning re associated printer problem. Great help and all sorted. A good overall experience. Thanks

Heath was an excellent guy, helped me with my pc to get it working again and made it better than when I brought it. Extremely professional and a genuine person, will use these guys again if anything goes wrong

Came for emergency call within one day! Peter explains things that are very complex for us in direct, specific terms and chacks to see that we have absorbed them.I could not access mail and attempts to do so by closing & restarting did not seem to work. My husband had bevome nearly suicidal because he could not prepare a data sheet under several headings and attach a small photo to each entry. Hopefully this will work.

Weonsuk extremely good job , went the extra yard to help , and explain things ,advised me of other benefits that Geeks on wheels had , ie computers , anti virus , etc , and with no pressure to purchase , i did up grade my Anti virus protection , nice pleasant manner , but no small talk just got on with the job , well done weonsuk , big +

I am really pleased with the services of GOW, in particular Technician Joseph, who has helped me on a number of occasions, with computer issues. He is very understanding, capable and a pleasure to deal with.

JD came round and solved my issues within about 5 minutes, which is a little frustrating when I was paying for the whole hour. However it is hard to be angry at a technician for being too good. I had tried numerous local services, many of whom never replied to phonecalls or emails. The GoW process was super efficient and I was very impressed

Within days of your man coming here and looking at me Computer. Things went haywire. if I click on something to open up a talking point I get; "Your connection is not secure." and I cannot go any further. It is like Chrome has blackballed me with algorithms so I cannot look at anything further to the original headline.

Weonsuk was the technician who came out. He rang to say that he would be a little late which I appreciated. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful and spent a full hour working on my laptop/printer. After he left I discovered the original problem had returned so I phoned and spoke to him and he offered to come back which he did and hopefully fixed the problem. I think this is fantastic service.
