JP was awesome to deal with, came in and sorted out one of my issues pretty quickly explaining what he was doing as he worked through the process. While he couldn't solve the other issue he was able to offer a suitable replacement. He kept me up to date on the delays and followed through on what he had promised. Very happy with JP.

Because of lockdown I needed to be helped remotely. I am older and not very computer literate but was helped with patience and skill by Rence who gave me confidence.

Turned up right on time, followed all mask/cleaning/distance covid protocols etc, answered all my dumb questions and explained everything in a way that I actually understood! Also very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Donovan was courteous, stuck to covid rules, provided good advice and completed the job at hand except for an issue with double spacing that happens randomly as you can see. I have been referred to Apple to sort this issue out.

A lot got done in one hour's service. Rohan is a very pleasant and helpful technician. The appointment had to be changed several times because of Covid-19. The coordinator was very easy to deal with.

Computer still running out of space. TV is still losing connection quite often. RCA to HDMI cable didn't work. I had to get an analogue to digital converter for the VCR. I've been waiting long enough to get Rohan to come back to me. He didn't fix my problems the first time and has promised twice to get back to me and hasn't. Can you please assign someone else to solve my problems

Apart from the fact that my phone is hard to hear, a had a good understanding as to what Harry was communicating to me. He performed his magic with some fumbling assistance from me and my P.C was back to good working order, Many thanks Harry and thanks to G.O.Ws for a great service. Len Noyce
