Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have spent over two decades assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of tech repair, malware removal and everything in between, so you can enjoy your laptop, computer, smart TV, Wi-Fi network and other technology, exactly as you are meant to.

“While Harry was a charming young man, it was a rather fruitless visit as he was unable to solve the problem, and because he had tried to change something on the new router it took him about 30 minutes to get through to 2 Degrees on the phone.”

“Paul went above and beyond to sort out our new mac. Took the time to explain everything clearly, and tried to help us keep costs down by suggesting time-saving ways to help with some tricky little complications.”

“HarryB was pleasant and helpful. Sadly however he was unable to get our printer working. It would be useful if your website said that Geeks on Wheels don't have expertise in solving software problems with printers. A phone consultation might have saved me paying $130 to find out my printer needs to be replaced - I could have put that money towards a new printer.”

“This is a really good service. Michael was very skilled and knowledgeable. He was masked and wore gloves in keeping with Covid Level 2 protocols. He was courteous, friendly and highly competent. He quickly sorted out my computer glitches. Thank you for a great service.”

“This review is quite easy to do. We have had dealings with these guys twice before and when my business computer crashed during lockdown 4 they acted very professionally. I am quite behind on computer knowledge, which I explained to Harry, who is a young guy and he was Great! He explained what my options were and helped me to go forward. Very happy to recommend. “Rueben was our technician and couldnt have been more helpful. Sorted out my computer, upgraded my old Vodafone wifi so I actually don't have to swear and curse while waiting for apps to open! Should have got Geeks round ages ago”

“I've used Geeks on Wheels for approximately 5 years for managing all my IT needs at home. They're like having your own IT Department - I've worked as a contractor in government for the past 20+ years and have been reliant on having an IT team that I could use within the building. Geeks on Wheels are exactly like that - they can fix things on my computer remotely by my agreeing and giving them access to my PC. Just fantastic response to any requirements I've needed. And I buy my hardware from them - they come in and install and test and make sure it's all working 100%. Even sorted my Internet connection on my TV.”
