“Not so good, had to explain what the problem was a couple of times. failed to change switch as he doesn't do wiring, and now the scanner fails to send. So nothing was done that I wanted, good news is. Andy gave me a refund.”

Hi David. I'm sorry to hear that your appointment didn't go as expected. Although we do assist with networking issues we, unfortunately, do not do internal wiring. I have waived your call out as it appears that in this case, it appears we came out to achieve a task we do not do. “I was very happy to have a return visit from Lee S, which sorted a recurring issue. I have had no luck with the 0800 number, so eventually resorted to the Wellington number, which led to quick resolution.”

“Quick response with a text reminder to give you the chance to change the appointment etc, this is good! Donovan was great too, very polite and explained what and why he did what he did, kept it simple too. Great job team.”

“Lee was very helpful, he answered our questions and made sure we understood the answers. He is professional and a pleasure to deal with. There was a communication breakdown about the timing of a return visit which was resolved quickly after I rang the 0800 number.”

“Thank you, sorted out our WIFI issues after we had to purchase a new Modem, because the Spark one, which was part of the fibre package late last year, apparently only had a warranty of 3 months.”
