We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

“Took a long while to do something reasonably simple, and despite it being reasonable service didn't complete one of the subscriptions as asked. And waiting on a credit for overcharge on final Invoice.”

“I had Yuri come to my home to check my devices after an attempt by some scammer to rack up debt on my credit card. He was thorough, professional and generally delightful. I have a great deal of confidence in Geeks on Wheels, having staff of his caliber.”

“Heath was on time and did an excellent job. Please tell him that the heater WAS working but I found that the power board wasn't, so apologies for the cold while he was here!”

“Got sorted out issues I needed reviewed. Weren't able to help on one particular problem, and turns out the sales assistants at Warehouse Stationery knew more which was surprising, but may not have been his expertise.”

“Highly satisfied. Donovan was excellent, professional, friendly, highly skilful and knowledgeable and could explain things in simple English and in terminology which I, as a digital immigrant, could easily understand. He has sorted out my technology and given me good advice. Will certainly use Geeks on Wheels again.”

“Rohan was appointed to help fixing my laptop.At first I told him what's wrong with the laptop..I could immediately see that he was not interested to help..he commented its an old laptop and it's not worth fixing..it will cost at least $600 to fix..he was more interested in upselling me a new computer and wanted to order me one immediately. . I declined..after 11 minutes of conversation he asked me to give me my eftpos card and charged me $125 for 11 minutes..Rohan was very pushy and arrogant..I like Geeks on wheels but unfortunately Rohan did not give me the service I would have wanted.”

“Rohan was very helpful and intuitive. Highly recommended. He cleaned and tidied up my Desktop and installed Malwarebytes antivirus for two years. He was a delight to work with. A very easy and responsive personality with a good sense of humour.”
