Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“I am retired and purchased a new Samsung TV through Geeks. Geeks also installed and setup my TV and dealt with some questions about my laptop. The technician was very helpful - he was prepared to take the time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions and provided some operational advice. Having the IT support of Geeks on Wheels is very comforting. Geek's phone and online support is very helpful also.”

“Very quick to get in touch after my on line query. When Reuben turned up he was very pleasant well mannered and unlike alot of staff in the tech industry that see a old person he answered my questions without looking skyward.🙄 very fast got the system up and running in no time.”

“As before, Harry, was efficient and gave clear explanations on items discussed. I am happy to have the Geeks Plus Package for me and my family. No doubt there will be more things to inquire about in the future. However, getting new and up-to-date devices should help lower my level of frustration.”

“Andrew was nice enough but feel your service is sooo expensive. Had Andrew told me the portable USB was $139 I would have said NO WAY. As soon as Andrew left I called Cello Tech and took my computer in and bought another with antivirus and labour and it was soo much cheaper than the one Andrew recommended. Take me OFF your customer data base and I WILL NOT be using your services again nor will I recommend you.”

Hi Tong, we are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the appointment you had. Thank for the constructive feedback. We take everything on board in this forever changing industry. Our current rates and stock prices are competitively priced within the industry and go under regular reviews to bring them into alignment if need be. It should be noted though that we do not compete with business models that are store front facing only (such as the one you mentioned). As per your request, we have removed you from our mailing list going forward.
