Old machine seemed to be on last legs, (10 years old). Slow and getting slower, behaving oddly, showing the blue screen of death regularly. Diagnosed as past retirement age. Ordered new machine. Some discussion about size of screen. Went for the biggest that would fit. New hardware arrived with Yuri, all ready to go with all my crap moved across. Speed of new machine most impressive, screen resolution - WOW!! Oops, no speakers in monitor, (Gaming screen). Set of speakers from Warehouse, about the same price as an ink cartridge, give very good sound, and fit on table almost invisibly. Great service, good people.

Kevin was excellent when he visited us at the office, he made lots of good suggestions and sorted the issues quickly. However, we found the follow up service to be very poor. We were looking at buying 6 computers through you and having them all set up, plus ongoing help. Quotes took ages to get, I had to follow up frequently, people did not return calls/emails when they said they would. I started to feel like I wasn't a valued customer and a bit of a nuisance. We have taken our business to a smaller company where the boss oversees quoting so it came through within the day.

Hi Amber, first of all thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your experience. We are very sorry to hear that it did not end as smoothly as it started. Our number one priority is customer satisfaction and we certainly appear to have dropped the ball here. Due to the tech being off sick and being booked out for appointments, it appears the communication has fallen apart on our end. We will be taking this on board to prevent the same and similar situations from happening in the future. Technician came to look at computer on Monday. He had to take it away and rescheduled another appointment for Wednesday 1.30pm. I rescheduled my time around this appointment. Technician had not turned up by 2.30pm. I rung Geeks On Wheels to be told he is on annual leave and the next appointment won't be till next Monday. Not happy at all with the service or the response and I am still waiting for the computer.

A Manager will be in touch to discuss this further with you and come to a resolution going forward. In the meant time, the tech has been informed and will attempt to make contact with you again first time tomorrow morning.

I am very relieved to have the new computer up and running. Installing the Sibelius music notation software was problematic. I could not have done it myself. Am grateful!

Glen was just great. He fully explained everything he was going to do and updated as he proceed t fix my PC. I'll get these guys any day. Very reasonable rates as they came to my place. Really good service I rang one day, they were there on the next day. Bright and early
